it was my 2nd stay here: at the edge of the old town, close to public transport, shops, restaurants and bars in a restructured old apartment house with a lift to access the 3rd floor ... excellent!

there were a few minor details missing to get the full rating: a corkscrew in the kitchen (how can this happen in Spain!?), a standing lamp for eating, reading & working in the saloon and a second bed lamp in the bedroom - none of them a big investment! till midnight there is also some noise from the street/bars in the neighbourhood - but in Spain you aren't expected to sleep by then ... ;)

Location and clean. Practical for a family

No cups or glasses provided (we have left some). No instructions for appliances or rubbish removal. Not enough rubbish bags. Shower over bath is difficult for old people.

Location was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. The apartment had everything that we needed. Having a washing machine was the best. And the small hot plate and oven was a nice bonus.

That it didn’t have a kettle. Didn’t have any deep bowls.

Very good, central location. Reception staff were excellent and most helpful. Very comfortable beds. Extremely spacious and good value. Highly recommend!

No kettle or oven gloves. Would also have been good to have a washing tablet/liquid as we had to buy a big bottle and leave it there. Was on a busy road, so a little noisy with traffic.

It felt like a home. Open, spacious, beautiful windows facing a quiet street, and very clean.

A coffee maker and sharper knives would have completed the full kitchen.

Hosts were very kind and polite and the location is perfect! Actually, this was the best part of our trip. Thank you so much!

- The reception is easy to call and find and super amable. - The apartment is rather big and comfortable - Everything is clean etc - Sofa that doesn't hurt your back after one night - A big table to play cards in the night - Many restaurants etc in the vicinity

- For me, Zaragoza is hell to navigate by car - took us half an hour to find the right place to park - and we probably broke many laws doing that - The nearest closed parking is not that near to the apartment (10+ minutes walk)

It was in a great location for the old town. It was clean & comfortable. The staff were really helpful & got us some extra pillows

There was no kettle. As it was an apartment rather than a hotel there was no coffee/tea facilities
