Room is quite spacious and very clean. Wi-Fi is working. Enough power sockets to use. Not sure does the aircon works, but no issue as there's cold air entering from the window. Bed is comfortable, though I prefer the larger type of pillow. Outside noise is manageable as long as the windows are closed. The reception staff are very friendly, and assist in getting us a taxi prior to our very early check-out the next day. Quite value for money compared to some other properties mearby, considering it's in a great location, just next to the pedestrian street with a variety of restaurants and cafes, and close proximity to various sights in the city.

Having a fridge and a kettle would be nice. The toilet bowl's flushing system is one of the loudest I've ever encountered.

Hotel is near to old town. You can go every historical places by walk. About in 400 m, there is a lot of place to eat and drink. Room is same what in booking website is described. Cleanings is good. Beds are good enough. We wanted kettle for hot water, they offer kettle in restaurant which is open 24 hours. It is a good solution.

We had a rental car and we wanted a parking lot in hotel parking place. But, when we came to Zaragoza, since the road of hotel temporary close, we could not find the hotel and parked an other parking place 400 m near to hotel. We walked to hotel and they said that the road was temporary close. We don't use hotel's park. They wanted for parking 19 Euros but we gave our parking place 18 Euros. It is excepted that if i stay in a Hotel, its parking fee should be cheaper than other parking places.

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating—a real highlight of my stay. I also really appreciated that they looked after my bag for the entire day, which made my travel logistics much smoother not having to carry my backpack all day around.

One downside was the sound insulation; I could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, which might be an issue for light sleepers, but for me it wasn’t such a big deal

The location of this hotel was fantastic. Steps away from the main pedestrian area and the Basilica plus a 3 minute walk to El Tubo. The elevator was appreciated. I booked a double/twin room which was a good size and very clean. This is an older style hotel so you must manage expectations - for example, it does not have duvet style bedding and the furniture has chips and bumps but it was a very comfortable room.

An electric kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel is the best- just 2 min walk to the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, 5 min walk to the central square and the river, marketplace and Roman walls, and max 15-20 min walk to all other key sights (palace, bullring etc). The staff is very friendly!

It is hard to get to the hotel by car due to construction, the parking garage is small and quite a challenge to park there, no breakfast (although there are lots of snack places and a good restaurant just next door, so no problem to find great coffee nearby).

We loved our stay! The hotel is right in the heart of Zaragoza, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was surprisingly large — a rare find in European budget hotels — and very clean. We really appreciated the amenities, especially the fridge, which was a real joy to have during our summer trip. Great value for the location and comfort!

The hotel is in an excellent location, extremely central and in the heart of the Casco Antiguo. The room was exceptionally clean upon arrival and the beds were really comfortable. The staff at reception were also really friendly! I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for a short city break in Zaragoza.

The room was a little noisy so I would recommend travelling with earplugs. It would also be great if there was another mirror in the bedroom. Other than that everything was great!

The property is perfectly located off a small street in the heart of the walking district

Because it is in the walking district it was a small challenge to get to. Only official taxis can drive in these areas. I recommend if you use another transportation have your google map up to walk there. I do not recommend getting there after nightfall.

I judge hotels for reviews like this by what they promise. Not all promise the same and so not all hotels rated 'excellent' are the same: they promise different things and they charge different prices. The Rio Arga delivered all it promised, and more. The rooms were straightforward but large and airy; they were fine for a sit-down between excursions, and spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was constantly topped-up and provided a good range of options. The location is excellent, with a good café just next door, a laundrette down the street, and the sights of the city close-by. It's a quick taxi ride to the station - Zaragoza Delicias - and the whole stay was good fun.

Excellent location for a stay in the centre of Zaragoza, near to cafes, museums (some free on Tuesdays), cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean, bright and airy, with a lift to all floors and friendly staff and included parking under the hotel (pre-booked). The room was the same and to a good standard giving a relaxed and comfortable stay.
