The hotel is a big venue. Everything is big here. We were given the family suite, a fantastic suite which connects to another room. The hotel is located in an excellent area at walking distance of the historic center. We were thrilled because Michael Jackson stayed there when he went to Zaragoza. We were blessed to have great people in the reception. We remember Roxana, who since the moment we got there was very nice to us and gave us information about the city and nearby places, there was another lady who looked like her who was also very cooperative. Breakfast was great.
Everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the location was great, not directly in the city centre so you have a bit of a break from the hubbub but it was still close enough to walk in. I found the hotel itself to be very pleasant. The lift was under maintenance the first day I arrived and a staff member helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs, I think she was a new starter so I guess she drew the short straw there but she deserves a medal! The room itself was very comfortable and I felt very safe and secure the whole time I was there, the bed was lovely and big and I slept very peacefully every night. If I come back to Zaragoza, I will certainly be staying in this hotel again.
The only problem I had was that the shower head in my room was a broken and slanted to the side making it difficult to shower without taking the head off and rinsing myself. I don't doubt that the hotel would have helped me move room if I mentioned this but I had unpacked and couldn't be bothered to move by that time so I didn't mention it and simply used the bath, which was nice and big.

The hotel is very comfortable, the entrance hall is gorgeous. There is a grand piano which the hotel guests can play (if they do it properly :), which I didn't have time to do but certainly will next time (please keep it tuned!) We only stayed one night and skipped breakfast, as we were on transit to Barcelona. But managed to walk around both in the evening and during the next day. The main center of the city is only 20 minutes away on foot. Besides, all the way to the center is a very pleasant walk, safe, with nice shops and cafes. The "Basilica" is breathtaking: a whole block filled up with an impressive and beautiful building, which can be visited inside during the day. At night the lighting of the Basilica is superb. Incidentally, Happy Cow directed us to a nearby place with vegan options, where we had a very nice dinner. The price, for a 4 star hotel, was quite reasonable, too.
It is a bit tricky to park. We stopped at the front of the hotel, quickly went inside to get instructions on how to get to the hotel parking, which is underground and requires driving around the hotel block. Not a problem, but it is not free (it cost us an additional 13 euros for one night, but were allowed to leave the car there way past checkout time, which was very convenient).

The room itself was lovely; very clean, interesting decor with well made furniture and lots of room to spread out our things, unpack, and use our journals. The bathroom was particularly beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful; I used a mix of Spanish and English to communicate and it was very easy. The location is between the older downtown area of Zaragoza and the modern neighborhoods/suburbs. It was very walkable and for our purpose - an educational workshop in the suburbs - perfect. There is a grocery store (Eroski) across the street, and plenty of restaurants and farmacias close by.
It had very low lighting. We would have liked to be able to make the room brighter. The door was a bit hard to close, but it helpfully beeped at you if you didn't close it all the way. The room was very clean but the elevator and hallways showed a lot of wear and tear/some grunge. The lobby is very beautiful.

Exceptional value for money. All the staff, including in the on-site restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. The staff on the desk spoke very good English which was a great help to us with directions and menu translation. The piano, which happened to be played whilst we were eating. Amazing urns in the huge reception lounge. Huge choice at the buffet style breakfast.
The traffic circulation around the hotel if travelling by car, which is not the hotel's fault; but perhaps include an explanation of how to get to the underground parking in advance. We arrived on the wrong side of the street via SatNav and had to leap out to get directions from the reception staff. Food in the restaurant was only adequate.

Very large spacious room! Great value due to the sheer size of the room, if you like to be comfortable and have room to move around. It felt like being in an apt! Very quiet, great soundproofing! Loved the closet/wardrobe/dressing area w full length mirror. We were able to get a hot- pot/kettle for the room for hot tea and coffee in the morning and afternoon. Lots of seating and really liked the separate living room area with a TV. Markets conveniently all around.
Room could use some updating/cleaning - furnishings are showing their age but still very nice, understated. Skip the in-Hotel Restaurant and eat elsewhere. Very tight parking ramps and parking spaces. Room had a stale smoke smell/oder. TheHotel Staff were “ok”, no one was overly helpful…

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the bathtub. I also greatly appreciated being able to open the windows and having a little mini fridge.
It was very hot in the room, and it didn't seem to change no matter what I set the thermostat on. The shower was also a bit weird, as the glass panel only covered half of the bathtub, so water often sprayed out onto the floor during showers. I also could not figure out how to use Netflix on the TV, and the internet was pretty slow for my needs.

Car park excellent. Although the hotel was full, it was extremely quiet. We always stay at the Boston when we visit family in Zaragoza, because we know that it is a very good hotel.
Each time we left the hotel to go into Zaragoza, we noticed that the front entrance steps were full of people smoking. As well as being unpleasant to walk through, it also completely spoiled the hotel, which is always spotlessly clean. This is a great pity, and detracts from the appearance of the hotel. Can I suggest that you find an area within the hotel, perhaps a special smoking room, or a downstairs area and make sure that smokers us this, instead of spoiling your entrance doors?

We stayed in a connecting room that joined two rooms together. It also had a walk-in closet and a living room. The room was spacious, cleanly maintained, and comfortable. All the staff members were kind and helpful. It’s within walking distance from the city center, and there’s a supermarket right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. I would like to stay here again.
The elevator was not working upon arrival.

Room was very large, bathroom was also sizeable. All clean Free water given which was nice. Parking onsite in basement of hotel. Location was a 10 min walk to the old town which wasn't too bad.
Not much It was overall pleasant. The building is a little dated but it is what it is. Biggest gripe was that the doors are pretty thin so that the sound from the corridor travels into your room. But overall - not too bad.
