Lovely room, with everything you could need. Great breakfast.

The wi if in our room didn’t work. We had to go to the public areas to use the internet. The hotel was great, it was a shame that it was let down by that.

Centrally located, close to historical sites as well as restaurants, this is a very very good hotel. I probably should say 'excellent' but my wife reminds me that there could have been more shade by the pool. By far and away though, I will remember this hotel for the staff. These people are excellent. They are both friendly and professional, not least the laundry staff who made possible a miraculous removal of 'una mancha de vino tinto' from my wife's white trousers. This was our second visit to this marvelous city. I hope there will a third and if there is, we shall stay again at Hotel Palafox :)

I am unable to think of anything I did not like - ok, perhaps a minor (and reluctant) grumble about a lack of shade by the pool.

Best shower ever and nice amenities

Hotel was easy to find the roof top pool was smallish but very clean. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of courses and staff were pleasant.

I would not stay at this hotel again due to the underground car park. I have a mid size 4 wheel drive car and although Spanish car parks can be tight however in the last 5 years i have never encountered one this bad and scuffed 2 of my alloy wheels on the very high kerb, the entrance in and out was too tight for my vehicle. If I had been made aware I would have used alternative parking as I now face a £400 refurb bill.

The hotel is basically very good, The staffs, in general, are well trained, kind and do proper jobs. The quality of interior of the hotel is of high standard.

The hotel is very good, except for the wifi connection, which is not of the proper quality required for the 5 star hotel. In the room, the connection is often disconnected, which caused much inconvenience. During work on my laptop, I had to move it to find a good connection point in my room, which is close to the door of the room. It should be improved significantly.

The fact that the booking staff noticed what car we were driving before we arrived and reserved a space in the high vehicle area which meant we didn’t have to dive into the depths of the underground car park (the car was a sports car with limited ground clearance). Room was really nice, restaurant in the evening was excellent as was the service at that meal (even though Spain were playing football at the time!)

Weak Wi-Fi in room , had to stand by door to room to get any signal. Breakfast was a bit of a car crash, service was underwhelming, staff under staffed and didn’t know how to fix the coffee machines, by the time we got there only 1 out of 4 was working and that was just about to run out… They couldn’t prioritise getting food out over clearing away. Food on buffet ran out.

I was very happy with our weekend stay. The bed was nice and firm, the en-suite was clean, modern and well equipped with a powerful shower. The AC worked perfectly well, even switching completely off when told. The reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel has it's own parking garage that, whilst being rather expensive at €23/night, was of course very convenient. The hotel is very centrally located meaning all the sights in Zaragoza aren't far away. I wish we were able to stay longer and highly recommend the hotel.

There should be complementary water in your room. It's Spain, almost summer with temperatures already reaching 30+°c in May, people are out and about seeing the sights, and to be able to drink some water when you get back to the room or if you are up in the night, would be very welcome. I found the breakfast waiter somewhat unfriendly and more concerned with clearing tables than providing good service.

Big spacious and very comfortable room. I even had a bath which was a great way to relax.

The hotel seemed to be a bit easy for strangers to gain access to, and during my breakfast i came back to my table after getting a coffee to find a stranger had walked into the hotel, sat down at my seat and was about to steal my phone before I came back. But the facilities were amazing

Fantastic 5 night stay. Beautiful hotel, relaxing place to escape the daytime heat. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, with luxury wall coverings and decor,nice art, appreciated the minibar/fridge. This is a good location for walking to medieval old city and all around good value. Hotel has an interesting architecture and decor with lovely stained glass. I used the gym which was good and will post a picture of the weights which can't be seen from the website and are important to me.

Nothing, great stay

Nice hotel and breakfast. Style is classic from some years ago but nice anyway. We got connecting rooms. Breakfast is great, buffet and on top, you can order eggs of your preference and granola. Short walk to the centre

Rooftop area with pool doesn't provide any shade (and was very crowded) which makes it too hot to stay in summer, so we didn't make use of the pool. Staff is somehow distant/impersonal. We parked in the public parking in front of the hotel entrance as we were advised that the hotel parking is small.
