The location is excellent, close to pretty much everything. Room size is pretty good and we enjoyed the breakfast which offers good variety.

The pillows weren't comfortable. Wish the hotel had other choices to offer. There was neither a kettle nor a coffee machine in the room. Interestingly, the slightly more expensive rooms on the floor do come with a coffee machine. It seems quite petty not to do the same for all room types. The reception desk is generally very helpful except for a couple of the staff who gave the impression that they would rather be somewhere else.

Everything perfect, room was huge, lovely private balcony with table and chairs. Bed large and very comfy, bathroom amazing (see note below), lots of soft fluffy towels and great toiletries. Plenty of storage for clothes. Car park was great and reasonably priced. Staff were super helpful and friendly (see note below). Great TV although couldn't get our Netflix up and running! Really nice breakfast and great coffee. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and it was delicious = 3 courses for 2 people with coffee and a bottle of wine for 60 euros. Lovely reception area. Location fab, close to El Tubo (3 min walk), plenty of bars and restaurants within 2-3 mins. El Pilar (a must visit) 5 mins, Tourist Bus which will take you to all the main attractions in the city (do visit the Aquarium, it was amazing) stops 2 mins away from the front of the hotel in the Plaza Espana. 5 min walk to Roman ruins, Goya exhibition.

Restaurant manager guy was dismissive and miserable for breakfast, rest of dining staff absolutely lovely. Great bath and shower but bath for some reason very slippery when getting out..

The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Great location to visit Zaragoza.

We were woken up multiple times in the middle of the night by loud people in the corridors or on the street, the rooms are not soundproof. The staff was so nice to change our room to one over the backyard. Maybe some signs in the corridors reminding people to be mindful of noise (voice level and avoid slamming the door of their room) would be helpful. The coffee at breakfast needs improvement.

The location is great. We got a very big and quiet room on the 6th floor. It was warm and nice. The room did not face the main street, thus the silence.

The only handicap was that we were not informed beforehand that we had to pay for the car park. We assumed the hotel had a car park (it said so on when we were doing the booking), which is not true - you have to pay extra, 18 euros per day. We tried the hotel restaurant for the evening meal and it is not worth it. Beds big, but not very comfy.

The room on the 6th floor with a balcony and a view of the basilica was huge and came with an enormous bed which was so comfy. The bathroom was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a map which he personally mapped and circled the best places to visit in the beautiful city of Zaragova. Breakfast had lots of choices from hot food, cereals, pastries to hams, cheeses, yogurts and fruit. Secure Parking underneath the hotel for an additional charge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will check out this chain in future bookings.

Not enough teabags/sugar/coffee for the coffee maker

The rooms were big and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. It is located in the city center with several restaurants and bars nearby. You can book a parking spot with your room (but be cautious: as most car parks in Spain the spots are really narrow).

Though everything was comfortable and clean, some materials such as door walls were old and ruined. The breakfast was paid separately but it wasn't worth 10€.

Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. Parking. The staff were very warm and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and at a reasonable price. Good atmosphere as it seems popular with the locals. Rooms minimalist but large and clean. Overall a very nice hotel for the price. You can park outside while getting a map to the garage.

The only glitch was getting an email through Booking.com just as we were heading to the car ferry from Ireland to Spain asking to validate my credit card even though it's set up on the site. I eventually figured out how to do it and got a confirmation from the hotel group yet still got 3-4 more emails with the same request. That was a bit worrying given all the publicity about online scams. Anyway all seemed sorted out by the time we got there. But I would still recommend the hotel if going to Zaragoza.

The hotel is located in the city centre - a perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. We chose the hotel for its location and because it offered parking for the hire car. The staff were friendly and supportive and they gave us great tips on places to explore and recommended dining options. We spent two days exploring Zaragoza and the hotel's location meant that we could walk out the front door and be close to the major sightseeing attractions. The room was quiet and comfortable and definitely worth the price.

Modern hotel, with comfortable room decorated in clean “minimalist” style in great location for our visit to Zaragoza. Parking very convenient under the hotel with lift from car park directly into the hotel. Very helpful reception staff who gave recommendations of restaurants.
