Fabulous location, right in the centre of the town and adjacent to the Cathedral. Lovely, friendly staff, a nice room - basic but really well looked after and everything you could possibly need for one night's stay. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower, decent blackout on the windows (you are on a main thoroughfare). Fabulous location relative to all of the main sights of the City, Museums/Galleries etc, as well as the Cathedral. Great recommendations from front of house for restaurants. Car parking is Public, but it's 2 minutes walk away and if you're a guest at the hotel you get a discount, which is helpful. Really nice little cafe attached to the hotel, which is great for breakfast of a rest during the day.
Can't think of anything, possibly home to Zaragoza's smallest passenger lift, but that's about it!

ZARAGOZA is an attractive city with a river through the centre Spotlessly clean streets Hotel Location is superb near most main sites ~tourist bus taxis at door lots of cafes and bars supermarket nearby 10min walk to department store It is on the street so could be noisy but windows close and that is part of ambience in Spain Standard room was adequate Fresh linen every day and good hot water Mini fridge -a kettle was provided on request
Lighting very low in room kept losing things!

Fantastic location, 1 minute from main plaza. Fabulous city to wander around. Excellent friendly service at reception. Maribel was efficient and explained the car park procedure well. Contact the hotel prior to booking to ensure the correct car park. Room a good size and bathroom.
Noise from rooms adjacent..alot of banging doors and wardrobes. Only one night, so never mind. We had 2 windows both on busy streets. I had ear plugs anyway, so it didn't bother me. Air conditioning is an old system, so I was not able to turn off in the room, which was cold until during the night when it was off. Again...not a major issue as only 1 night stay. Weather was hot, so the duvet was NOT needed!

The location of the facility is very good - just around the corner are the two biggest attractions: Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and La Seo o Catedral de San Salvador. Breakfasts with a wide selection of hot breakfast dishes, fresh cold cuts, drinks and other good things. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The windows were on the street at the back so I can't complain about the noise from outside. However, the walls between the rooms are thin - and unfortunately you can hear what the neighbors are saying and doing. Bathroom clean - but the decor and equipment are a bit outdated. The only thing missing in the room is your own kettle to make tea (I was there in January).
No private kettle in the room. The fridge was not suitable for use because it stank.

The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to restaurants, cafes, the river and the cathedral. The cafe at the hotel was great for coffee and pastries etc. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were staying when the massive power outage occurred and they kept us informed as best as they could. The hotel had a generator which provided emergency lighting and room access.
One downside was no inroom control of the airconditioning, it had to be actioned by the front desk. There was a window which stopped the room from becoming too warm.

Location was great, just in the middle of The Old Town. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
Room facing church was perfect. Another room was facing street with some restaurants, so until everything was closed, food smell was quite strong. There were no kettles in the rooms. It could get a bit noisy at a night time, but I guess you can't avoid this if you want to stay in the heart of old-town. There is only central parking for 20 Eur a day, but its super close.

It is located in the central, easy to reach the attractions by foot. The room was bright, spacious and clean with a beautiful view. It is equipped with neccessary things like shower gel, toilet papers, etc.
The staffs that did our check-in weren’t so nice and helpful. They didn’t ask if we want something or everything is fine during our stays. As we did the check in online in advance, they only asked us to sign the paper and that’s all.

The room was updated and fresh. Location could not have been better, 1 block from the tourism office, just off the end of the main plaza, less than five minutes to both cathedrals and Roman ruins, and five minutes to El Tubo, one of the most fun restaurant areas in Spain. The Palace is about a 20-minute walk with fantastic Mudejar architecture. Zaragoza and this hotel should be on everyone's list.
Everything was great

We spent a week in this quiet and comfortable hotel near the Plaza del Pilar. A great position. The staff is courteous and provides you with the necessary information. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's breakfast and would recommend visiting their restaurant. We were quite satisfied with our selection.
