The position of the hotel is what drew my attention when booking, along with a secure parking area. We had a lovely view of the river and the old city, which was within a short walking distance. The staff were very good and very helpful. The room was very clean and had a massive and very comfortable bed . . good big shower too.

The access to the parking area was a bit of an issue for us on a motorcycle, as it is steep with a security gate on entry and exit. We followed another guest into the parking area, who appeared to be lost, stopping short of the entrance, which if I followed would have meant that the gate would have closed upon us. The exit is very steep and my wife had to get off the motorcycle and give the gate a good pull to get it to open.

Everything exactly as we required.We only had 1 problem,it was very hot inside we had to open a window to lower the temperature.

Great location for the old town. I walked from the train station which took about 50min. Comfortable clean rooms. I hadn't paid for breakfast but they offered for me to opt out of room cleaning in return for a free breakfast for a couple of mornings, brilliant! I was able to reserve parking in their parking area for the one night I needed it, I just asked at reception in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to a car rental place about 30min from the hotel. Great functional hotel for a stay in zaragoza.

Only thing that let the room down a little was some holes in the curtains, room 523, actually didn't matter at night just gave the wrong impression as everything else was great.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Coffee available all day was a big plus. Hotel was in a convenient location for us. Most of the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was quite tight on space and there was no ability to regulate the airconditioning, so we were too warm at night. One of the bath towels was stained as was one of the pillows.

Great location, adjacent to the river and old town, supermarket next door etc. Zaragoza is a nice town to visit as well....lots to see and do on foot. The reception staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. No coffee, tea making facilities, but this was more than offset by an easily accessible (free) coffee machine at the reception level resulting in much better coffee than in room instant. Strong value proposition at this price point.

Surprised there was no iron, ironing board.

Perfect location, I asked for a view and got a magnificent view, thank you. Loved the bathroom pod, very effective. This location is so central to the city, it is really easy walking distance. There is a parking building if you need it, or parking around the building block is free. I would certainly stay there again.

Nothing to dislike

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were really helpful. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Obviously the location is excellent, which is why we chose it - we wanted to be near the centre of Zaragoza.

The room was on the small side - it was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn't have wanted any longer. There were no facilities in the room to make a drink - we are English and need a kettle! It meant we had to go downstairs to use the hot water machine in the dining area which again, was fine for just a couple of nights.

The location is great, the room was ok for one person, and the breakfast was good and convenient.

The room seems a little small, not good for multiple people (not good for sharing). Also the floating floor was not ideal - made you feel dizzy when you walk. I do not care for the bathroom pod. Not good. You can hear the neighbor next door through the pod walls. They don't have refrigerators in the room, which is not good when you need to store medication,. Also no business center to check emails/print items, etc.

Location is great! City center and park near, supermarket in the same building, caffeterias and etc. Public parking around and privat hotel parking slot. Room is pretty comfortable, tea/coffee 24hrs

There is no parking spot for check-in, and you can't go in the privat parking without ticket from reception. So it's needed to park somewere else before, but no info about it in hotels instructions after booking

Wow! Free tea and coffee in Reception all day! Good location. Parked in parking Macanaz for free a 5 minute walk away . Would definitely recommend.

Needs a mirror in the room. If señor is shaving in the bathroom then there is no mirror in the room for señora to do her makeup!! Don’t have the breakfast at 21 euros per couple. We found a cafeteria nearby for a fraction of the price.
