This is something different. Good bed. Excellent location.

Looking for a black light switches from a totally black room is a challenge. There was no reception and getting in to the room was really hard due not getting instructions for hours.

Very central, close by the Basilica. Small, but had all you need.

Some trouble with the checkin, as there was nobody in the reception when we arrived. It was, however, solved on the phone, and we got in.

Small but comfortable, stylish design, good for a solo traveler. Friendly and helpful staff, cute little lobby sitting area available. WiFi worked well.

The room is in a very busy area in the center of Zaragoza, there is a lot of street noise outside the window.

The loft was so cozy and unique! perfect location, super comfortable bed and great amenities- shower gel, towels etc were top notch.

We booked this room as it looked amazing in the photos and we chose the more expensive room that had a large bath in it. The plus points of the room are: the location which is great, the projector tv is really amazing (and the reason why the overall score is not lower given the negatives), there are some nice decorations in the room, as well as funky lighting in the bathroom and a decent shower.

Unfortunately there were quite a few things. The most serious was when we arrived back to the accommodation after a day of sightseeing and could not get in the door. There is no-one actually at the property and we were just given a code on arrival to use on the front door. Well after one days stay while the code seemed to work and the door made a buzzing sound, the door would not open. After a while we called the number on the booking.com confirmation and the person who answered was very difficult to communicate with. Her English was not great and our Spanish is also not great but generally it should have been possible between us to work it out as we could speak some Spanish and she could speak some English - however we got to the point where she was saying that she could not help us!!! We had to enlist the help of a random Spanish person who was nearby to actually get her to understand the issue, because otherwise the call would have just been ended and we would have been stuck. It felt like the person was uninterested and did not want to help. We booked the room because of the big bath, but the bath although looking great is actually not particularly comfortable and also takes up so much space in the room that there really is limited space. On a similar note the storage is also very limited. The toilet smelled strongly of smoke, to the extent that if the toilet door was left open then the whole room started smelling of smoke. The circular passageway between the room and the bathroom is cool, but the red covering is coming away in places, which unfortunately takes away from the vibe.

Air conditioning not working (constantly blowing out hot air), so had to sleep with window open. EXTREMELY noisy location so had absolutely terrible night's sleep.
