Very central location.

Parking is located at under the town hall, not at the hotel (a short walk away and a charge of €18.50). It would have been useful to have received this information in advance of arriving as trying to find the hotel in a car, when it’s located in a pedestrian area was quite stressful. The hotel is pet friendly and the reason why we booked, but again, it would have been useful to know that there’s an additional €25 charge per pet, along with a list of rules which you must sign an agreement to. Breakfast was very basic, poor quality coffee and juice.

I requested 2 rooms close to each other. Rooms are clean and my sisters got a street view. And location, location, location to the important sights Basilica, central town, food, stores, etc. Alejandro Blanquez helped us a lot and even got Monserrat to refund our ticket which we were not able to use because of flight delay. Good breakfast, fresh and comfy. Thank you Alejandro!!! No parking on site but they give you a discount when you park in the public parking. However, do not get a van, use a mini car cos those parking spaces are for miniature cars.

Great location, within easy reach of the old town and the tram/bus stops for the train station. Great buffet breakfast with a good range of food available

The water pressure in the toilet was a little weak when flushing No early check-in option A little noisy outside my window, though only very occasionally and I accept that this is probably a natural trade-off with the great location

Very central, and clean with friendly staff

Building works inside the property from 8am each morning, was a no go when trying to relax. Apparently they were having a new smoke alarm system fitted, not great for paying customers!! Should have closed for this sort of work. Also having only 1 lift that was very slow with no accessible stair case as an alternative, wasn’t great.

Location just a stone's throw from Plaza del Pilar, in the pedestrian area of the old town. Public parking opposite the Plaza with a 25% discount at the hotel. It looked newly renovated and was clean. Very small room, very good for one night.

The distance between the door and the floor was 2-3 cm, as a result there was no sound insulation.

Perfectly located. Clean and comfortable. Parking was off site but extremely close to hotel.

Having to pay for parking as extra even though discounted. Most staff were very helpful.with just one exception . Maybe just having a bad day?? Wifi was rubbish also.

The Reception staff were very informative and helpful. The room wax very comfortable and with a fridge. We also loved hearing the cathedral bells. Everything was straightforward and easy, so much so that we enquired about staying another time later in the year. Thank you for helping us to have a great start to our Road trip adventure of northern Spain and what a great city Zaragoza is!

In the center of the town right next to the main square. But still not noisy as it is in a side street. Clean, nice and tidy reception, hallway and room.

Just consider as it is a passenger zone all around it is not accessible by car. However, there is a public underground parking which could be used for 18 Euro a day if you pay through the hotel.

Location!!! Perfect location, just walking distance to everything! Big room! Beds are really confortabil, and I slept extremely well! Went during winter, and the room was warm! Also, good water pressure!

Location was ideal. Parking arrangement was good. Perhaps a google map link to show specifically where the parking is would be helpful. Angel at front desk was amazing. Gracias amigo.
