We opted for a 'room with a view' and weren't disappointed. The room overlooked the basilica and it is a truly wonderful site. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was tasty, a lot of choice. Easy parking, just along the road from hotel. No need to go to hotel first, just enter car park and take ticket and the hotel provide you with a discount ticket when you leave. No separate designated bays for hotel, you can park anywhere. Very convenient.

We really enjoyed being in the center of the city right in the plaza de Pilar. We could see the Cathedral from our large balcony windows. The city was quiet the location was unbeatable and the price for the room was super affordable. The staff treated us nicely and let us check in very early because we arrived on the early train at 6am. It was a central location and I would say that it is a really good option to consider. The city of course was excellent and provided so many options for food, fun, museums and shopping. My favorite was the Goya museum since he is one of my favorite artist and this is the city he was born in.

Our room shower did not drain that night we spent there so it was uncomfortable for me to take a shower since the water pooled at my feet. The staff however did give us another room key so that we could shower in. They solved the problem but it was just an unfortunate situation to deal with in the evening. Other than that it was all excellent.

Couldn’t fault the central location as a base for exploring the city. Amazing views across the lively plaza to El Pilar. Underground secure parking was available with access right next to the hotel entrance. Room was clean and comfortable with individual aircon. All the staff we met were very helpful.

The hotel showed it’s age in places but it is within one of the city’s oldest, landmark buildings!

The location is absolutely amazing! I wish that I had paid more and got a room at the front, looking out on to the cathedral. Next time! Fabulous bathroom, and enormous bed. The pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff kind and helpful.

The aircon was a bit aggressive - too hot without it on, and too cold when it was. But very minor.

The location was perfect - near to all major sights. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean.

The shower needed a bit of updating and there was an awful drain smell in the bathroom. Our room was overlooking the main square, which was great. However it was a bit noisy in the early hours with young party goers returning home.

There couldn't be a better location, right in front of the Basilica, and few meters away from all the old town and main streets. Rooms and all common areas are also totally fine. It could not be better for the price. So yes I would repeat.

Nothing that I would mention. Maybe heating a bit too high, but can also be regulated (found after the 1st night).

Great location, my room had a very nice view on the Plaza del Pilar. The room was clean and had most of what I needed. The breakfast is served starting 7 and it is worth the price. Also, the staff both at the reception and breakfast space were all very nice.

The best possible location in the city! The public parking is, literally, 30 metres away and you get a discount form the hotel. 19 euros a day, but hey this is Spain! The room was great (I had no view but I was tired so it didn't matter) The bed was big and comfortable, What is there not to like!

There was some high volume music because of some special events in the central square in the morning..however in a normal day it must be really quiet..highly recommended

Between Barcelona and Madrid, we decided to stay in this town. Our expectation was a sleepy little town. Boy was I wrong. It is a hustling and bustling place! The hotel was located right in the middle of the square facing the huge church in the old town. With open window, so much noise, but the sound insulation was very good, and we had no problem with the noise when we didn't want to hear it. Comfy bed, comfy bathroom, friendly staff. No complaints.

I wish the old town is closer to the train station...nothing anyone can do about it. We decided to walk for about 40 min. Looked like the public transportation took about the same amount of time. Didn't know how to use taxi/uber alternative.
