The hotel is very well located and close to a tram and bus stop which will take you into the centre of town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the lady in the bar cafeteria worked incredibly hard and was welcoming and very efficient. The rooms are a good size and have comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The bathroom is quite large and fitted out with modern equipment. Lounge cafeteria area is spacious and comfortable and is used to serve breakfast which was regularly replenished and where a decent cup of coffee was made by the friendly counter staff. There are a few restaurants within a two minute walk including one called Mostaza which specializes (a bit strangely) in bratwurst and other similar dishes - incredibly busy but great fun and good value.

Although smoking is forbidden in the hotel rooms and public areas my room had a residual odour of smoke. The front desk was very apologetic and offered to change the room and explained that somebody had been caught smoking in that room on a previous occasion.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their city, so even though we only had one night there we were still able to see lots of interesting sights. First time in Zaragoza, certainly hope it's not the last, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel, which was comfortable and felt like it would probably have cost more in other cities.

Nothing. Admittedly we were only there for about 18 hours and less than one of those was spent awake in the hotel, but the only thing I could say is that if you were being super-critical, you may mention the fact that you could hear what people in the next room were saying. Or, more accurately, doing... And who could blame them?

Excellent value for money, very clean, well maintained, close to city centre and all amenities. Breakfast was cheap and abundant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not too noisy at night time, windows were well insulated. Mini fridge was helpful for snacks.

Overall, the staff are nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and quite quiet, well located.

The breakfast is very limited with shortages of the products. They always seem to be running out of this or that no matter at what time I went to eat.

Location was great, just 15 minutes easy walk to the old town. Only 3 minutes walk to the underground train, then two stops to the central train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good value with excellent coffee.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly towards us. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast good value for money. The hotel was quite centrally located. Probably a 15 minute walk down to the basilica. I would definitely recommend it.

Prime location near spots, buses, stores, eateries. Updated, clean, modern, spacious shower (rare), good water pressure, good value bfast, good quality beddings all white cotton appreciate that,

Narrow hallway, courtyard street level so you need to close shade all times make room dark, but it's comfy room.

The location is a short, nice walking distance to the old town. The hotel's surrounding neighborhood is lively.

Breakfast could alternate for some differences as opposed to scrambled eggs for 3 straight days, the length of our stay. .

Breakfast staff could have asked your preference of beverage. I Had to go up to the counter to ask each time. There was not many people for breakfast, sometime depending on the time I was the only one there. All other hotels supplying breakfast asked my presence or there was a machine to help yourself.

Excellent staff, great room and amazing that pets are welcome , clean and easy to reach. Kudos to the amazing morning girl from the front desk , helpful, polite and always with a smile.
