This is a very interesting hotel which was converted from a chocolate factory. Hence, it has an interesting internal deco. The room is cozy enough with comfortable beds. We slept well during our stay. The toilet and shower area is also big and spacious. There is ample parking at the hotel though the parking can be rather tight. The hotel also provides free beverages and snacks near the reception area.

It would be nice if there is a kettle in the room. But I supposed the hotel sees no need for it since there is an area for free beverages near the reception.

Very nice building, comfortable and clean rooms, only 15 minutes walking to the city center.

The check in procedure takes too long. Even something simple like checking things on the computer takes ages. There were 4 couples waiting, not happy after a long day of travelling. The next day I wanted to extend our stay and had to wait for the check in of 2 couples being finished. Again, there were discussions, phone calls with the manager (?). Very tiring! The pillows are too hard.

This review is for the double room I had. There were no single rooms available, so I took a double room. Originally I was allocated one where the access had stairs and no lift but the staff changed this for me very kindly, as I have difficulty with stairs. For me, I had everything I needed. The use of a kitchen is a huge bonus because you can prepare meals yourself, or eat pre made meals in comfort. There are plenty of plates though cutlery is lacking. There are microwaves to heat food up and a limited supply of ready meals and drinks available to buy. The wifi is excellent, and of a high speed. Originally the building was a brewery, though signs of it's previous use are not visible, which is a shame.

I had to book a hotel last minute and took a chance on this hotel. WOW, I was so happy with my stay. The location is lovely for walking to places and has a little supermarket nearby. The room was cozy and the shower had excellent water pressure. Free good coffee in the morning and an exceptionally comfortable lounge room downstairs for me to spend the day working with wifi after my checkout time. There is even a little communal kitchen downstairs equipped with all the cutlery and plates and microwaves. I am staying again on the end of my time here in Zaragoza. Oh yeah, and the staff was incredibly kind and cheerful!

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Very clean. Quiet and very conveniently located for everything you can think of seeing walking around. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. They made the whole experience, from arrival to departure so stress free and easy. They are such a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel to anyone. We would definitely return here.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing was that the time went by too quickly.

After hostels a room to yourself is heaven. The room is tidy and had everything needed - little fridge, desk, chest for bag and ensuite. Staff were super helpful and there is a lounge kitchen area downstairs - note there aren’t many utensils and there’s no cooking facilities but there is a microwave and electric kettle.

The memory foam mattress had a hollow so was a little uncomfortable for me for sleeping.

Location is excellent. The hotel is easy to get without crossing the city, took me 4 hours from Bilboa ferry port, but I was heavily loaded down. Parking is recommended if available, as I never saw any free spots outside. 15 - 20 minutes from most parts of down. New build construction, quiet as rooms face an enclosed courtyard. Staff are exceptional, very friendly and super helpful!

Single Bed room is spacious enough, just a tight squeeze to use the bathroom.

The free coffee at reception, the huge bed and the excellent WiFi as well as easy transport links via the tranvia and local buses. Also, the free parking makes a huge difference.

This visit I had a "budget" double room. I had to go through a series of locked gates to access it, which made it feel isolated. However, these rooms are more easily accessed via the basement floor, and are on the same level as the garage, making loading and unloading your car easy. I disliked that there was no mini fridge.

Location was excellent. Easy to get to from the motorway. The use of the kitchen was very handy. 2 hours after I checked out I noticed I had left my wedding and engagement rings in the room. I returned to the hotel and they had found them and were keeping them safe. Full marks for the honestly of the cleaning staff.🙏

First of all, the staff on arrival were exceptional! Because of the parking situation, they could not have been clearer in explaining. In the end, it was so easy to park up in their secure car park and get to my room. They even went out of their way to make me a breakfast bag to take away as I was checking out really early. Would happily stay again when next in Zaragoza.
