The staff were delightful.We were travelling with our dogs and were made to feel very welcome. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with everything needed. Restaurant was excellent and good value . Nice outside seating area. Pool was lovely with a nice surround. Good secure parking.Would definitely stay there again. Well situated half way between Barcelona and Bilbao.

The location - immediately behind petrol station - was disconcerting at first , but did not matter , and proved convenient for access to motorway.

Compact clean room with all necessary facilities. We at first worried how close the hotel is to the road but insulation is so good we had a very peaceful night. Location is good if you are driving north or south. Our dog was readily accepted. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast was generally continental good and plentiful. Overall very good value for money.

Lovely staff. Good overnight stop to break up long journey. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel on busy road, which we knew when we booked, but two double glazed windows plus blackout shutters, in the room so slept very well.

Shower head didn't fit bracket so had to hold shower head which was tricky. Told reception and they offered a different room to use shower. Room was next to the lift but wasn't too noisy, didn't really affect us.

It was in the location we wanted, the price was right for an overnight stop & it was dog friendly! Clean rooms, nice bathroom, pleasant staff…we didn’t eat there, but had a drink, and very reasonable…large car park, outside seating area & petrol station next door…all in all, was good!

Nothing much to dislike really…we had window open, so was a bit noisy from the traffic, but didn’t impact our sleep!

The property was ideal for an overnight stop on our way to Altea. Ideally located next to a petrol station and just off the road we were travelling on. The staff especially Anna were fabulous a warm greeting especially for our Dachshund as we chose this hotel as they were pet friendly. A dog bed and bowls were provided and even a chicken breast cooked for her tea. The food was typically Spanish but very well cooked and presented. We will be booking hopefully on our return journey to Santander. I did read the reviews before booking and would definitely book again

The Front Desk was friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant staff was wonderful suggesting dishes and sharing food culture details and just an overall welcome feeling. Next door convenience store, great, safe parking. Good WiFi. Very road accessible.

The room, while clean, shows wear and tear. This is strictly an on the road hotel.

Large Bedroom, rare large bath sheets in bathroom better than many other hotels small towels that barely fit around you

It was a bit of a walk around the hotel to the pool area, didn’t fancy walking back to room with wet costume and towels

Comfy bed. Staff really helpful.

Problems with heating/air con. The day had been hot for the time of year. The heating system was on and couldn't be turned off. It was very hot that night. Air con needs sorted out. not enough power points

Beautiful medium sized pool, comfortable beds, excellent air con, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, convenient on site parking - great value for money and would definitely book again if we were in the area
