It was really unique, even better in person than on the photos, staff very friendly, very clean, amazing location, would 100% go again, food was lovely, location is perfect looking over 1 of the tracks!

Staff really made the trip amazing. They managed to get me table for dinner both nights at very short order. Everyone was very friendly and would make small talk comfortably. The roof terrace of the dual aspect, especially being in 30, gave great views of the surrounding area, the car park (great for car spotting) and was a relaxing place to sit. The one gentleman, who checked if a table was available, on the 2 days I was in the paddock and he was not actually working, he still made an effort. Said hello, chatted, even offered to help me meet some of the drivers. Took the time to just chat, along with his partner, just to make my day.

The TV signal was a little iffy but I also couldn't cast from my tablet to the tv when I was relaxing in the evening. Would have been nicer to catch up on the F1 and watch a film on a decent sized screen compared to a small tablet.

Everything! Upon arrival staff were very professional, very helpful and friendly nothing was too much to ask. The swimming pool and sauna were very clean and wonderful. The apartment was fantastic with roof terrace and everything we needed, very clean and up to date appliances/heating etc… Fabulous added extra we didn’t expect with vip treatment at Bicester village - thank you for making the weekend treat for my daughter extra special she was so thrilled I have to bring her back again soon!!

Nothing apart from letting us know about access to the shared roof terrace - this was wonderful but not obvious how to get to it.

Everything about it the moment you check in especially with the staff very professional. The premises are very clean and it looks like it was just built. The grounds were extremely clean so was the swimming pool sauna and the Gym. Fine detail with the figurines was well thought about regarding the Deco amazing.. this really helped when you wanted to take selfies to remember the occasion. When we were dining in the restaurant the staff was very attentive and catered to all our needs as best as they could. Staff who were young and very keen to make sure everything went smoothly I did notice they were very enthusiastic to know whether or not we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything else we required 10 out 10.

The staff in the restaurant their Pinnacle looks like there were cooking in the kitchen their uniform was not up to spec. The manager needs to address this before letting their staff serve at the tables. Still not enough choice regarding food late in the evening. There should be more choices that should have been available especially on a special occasion because we were celebrating my partner's birthday.

Modern design and how the complex pods were situated staggered so you could view from the balcony. Great views from the bar and restaurant areas Staff attentive in reception Noone in our 3 apartments block of 2 pods where using the space. Needs an additional sofa if 2 or more sharing plus separate the table and chairs to create a more appealing access. Noone else that I could see used this space. The countryside pods were mainly one pod with a terrace balcony on the ground. We would choose this area next time. Museum was just a stones throw

Noise from apartment above was very loud due to the wooden flooring and temporary walls that made the double pod into 3 apartments. The access to the balcony was blocked/ fire hazard with loose seating cushions piled up at the top of the stairs. Needs a storage container on the roof. Menu too fussy for a midweek break so we stuck to a breakfast meal to get the views and ate in but not a lot you can eat using a microwave. Feather duvet etc as I'm allergic to them

Absolutely stunning design, great location, hotel staff are amazing. The bed was very soft and comfortable, huge pillows. You can see a small part of the track from the sauna which is pretty cool, and the view from the top terrace is great. The hotel has only been open for a month and it's a very unique place.

Unfortunately there were lots of things that went wrong. The main issue was that I could hear every step and every toilet flush of my neighbours, no soundproofing at all. And then there were smaller things: rainfall shower head was unusable because of the limescale, water kept escaping from the shower to the bathroom floor and it wasn't very clean, poor wifi, and there was also something growing in the kettle (I got another one as soon as I reported this). Restaurant staff were often inattentive. It just didn't feel like a five star experience.

This was a gorgeous place! The apartment was beautiful, the pool and gym were fab! Bonus was that I got them all to myself as there were no other guests using them.

As a single woman, I did feel a little uneasy being away from the main building. However, the bedroom door required a key card which made me feel more secure. I would also say although the resturant and bar were gorgeous, it was quite pricey. No other options for food around if you don't find something you like on the menu.

10/10 overall, one of the nicest places we have stayed to date, Hugo the concierge went over & above in his expectations & really made us feel welcomed, we are already looking to book for future dates, evening dinner was amazing, I opted for the burger which was nice & my partner had the braised cheek with creamed mash which again was incredible, breakfast was really nicely set up with great options, quality orange juice unlike most establishments, being a petrol head this place really ticket all boxes with various prices of ayrton senna art work around “the gallery” 10/10 well done to all staff & management for making this such a spectacular location at such a fair price. We can’t wait to return very soon The spa facilities are nothing short of perfect Matthew & Jay Overview Highly recommended

All the staff were great and the location is pretty much what you hope for, especially if you get a trackside view! It was particularly quiet when we were there, which was just what we wanted, to be honest, as it was a romantic getaway for me and the wife's birthday. We pretty much had the rooftop bar and the pool to ourselves. Amazing! Rooms were immaculate, and the food was fantastic. This place will be incredible during an event!

Drinks were very pricey and nothing special. Food was, too, but felt more worthy of the price tag.

The staff at Escapade Silverstone are excellent, conscientious and even given difficulties over the weekend made incredible effort to make us both welcome and our stay memorable. The Escapade club house is another level. It overlooks the famous British GP track and viewing races from the rooftop terrace is a great experience. The menu, food and service is exceptional, I have eaten in some excellent restaurants in many countries around the world and Escapade ranks in the top of the tree. Overall I would recommend any motor sports enthusiast to check it out Awesome. Special mentions must go to Hugo, Alina, Zak and Ahmed for their incredible welcome, attention to detail and what I felt was genuine warmth. Few places I've ever been made this level of effort. Top class!
