We had a truly lovely stay at the Paisley Pear. Appreciated the online check-in process, which sped things up at reception. Large, free car park, with plenty of spaces. Our Family Room was spacious and very clean, and we were particularly impressed that there were 2 single beds rather than a double sofa bed for our teenage daughters to sleep in, so no bickering about space/quilt hogging! We all noted that the beds were so comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep! Brackley town centre is only a 5-minute drive from the hotel, which was perfect for our needs. ALL the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and very helpful, especially the breakfast staff, and speaking of breakfast...wow! The full English breakfast was absolutely delicious! One of the best I ever had! Cooked to perfection and very competitively priced. The continental options were very varied, too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended! Thank you Paisley Pear, for our wonderful stay!

We booked for two nights, Friday and Saturday, we were going to a wedding reception at the Great Barn in Aynho on the Saturday evening. We arrived at the PP on the Friday almost dead on 2pm, we had checked in on line and our room was ready for us. We weren't aware that there was scaffolding on site but it didn't hinder our stay as such, just our view. The room was clean and extremely comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. We had booked a table in the restaurant that evening and asked for a quiet corner for 2, that's exactly what we got. Glad we booked the place was chocca bloc. The service was exceptional, our Maitre'D (Sorry I didn't get his name but a tall well spoken chap in glasses) met us and showed us to our table who then introduced us to our table service "Glen" what a guy, funny, knowledgable and fun. Even when there was a problem with a Steak, it was dealt without fuss and quickly. A very enjoyable night. Breakfast the next morning was the same, good value, hot and tasty with fabulous service. The night of the wedding reception, the staff recommended a taxi company who arrived on time and picked us up on time later on in the evening. We had a joke and a laugh with the PP staff due the amount of Bulmers we had gone through. Sunday morning was a breeze, checked out on line, lovely good bye from the staff. Over all a near perfect stay. One thing I would mention though is that being a person with poor eyesight, I could really have done with a shaving mirror, I couldn't see near enough into the mirror in the bathroom with out my specs ha ha. Thanks PP, see you again next time.
I'd like a shaving mirror in the bathroom and no scaffolding ha ha.

Great location plenty of free parking very clean, everything you need and lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast is an optional extra but again great value and really great time options. Caroline went the extra mile in the mornings with her attentive service at both breakfast and our Saturday night evening meal. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend.
If you stay more than a couple of nights like us housekeeping only restock and clean room on your request after a couple of days so remember to pop request clean me card on door! not an issue for us as reception kindly gave us extra teabags, coffee etc for the tea tray but just be aware.

Everything about the place was great; the location was brilliant, as we came for MotoGP, which was only up the road. The hotel was quiet, which was brilliant. The bed was lovely and cosy, and the room also had a bath, which is not something you see very often. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good value for money as well.
Wasn't much to say I didn't like, but the loo was a bit close to the sink, and I'm not a very big person. We couldn't get the TV to connect to the internet to watch some films, but we made do wasn't a big deal.

Pleasantly surprised with the clean modern room. We had an evening meal on the first night of our stay which we all thought were very nice.
After our first nights stay we decided to have breakfast. We arrived at 9.30 so towards the end of service but other were arriving at this time too. There were no cups or glasses available. The coffee machine had run out of milk and there was no juice so we were waiting around for at least 10 minutes. By the time we had our drinks our cooked breakfast had arrived so we didn't have time to enjoy the full continental selection beforehand. The quality of food was good but unfortunately because of the lack of staff the service wasn't great which was disappointing because overall this was a great place to stay and we would stay again, just maybe not have breakfast.

Lovely beds. Clean and fresh smelling rooms. Staff helpful
1am party with children running up and down corridor. No night porter controlling this. Small fridge in room would have been helpful Loose toilet roll holder, same as last year and no toilet brush. Slippy bath base. Could be lethal Variable prices charged for the rooms depending on how in advance you booked. We booked one year in advance but cancelled and rebooked the week of our stay. Saving £90 for the weekend. This is unacceptable behaviour from a company who charge more then to fill rooms charge less! Consist prices please

Lovely rooms, everything you need. Clean bathroom, lovely soft towels and very nice shower gel supplied. Staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was disappointing. Bacon and mushrooms had been griddled and weren't the best. I didnt like half the stuff on the small full English, and the only option I had was more mushrooms, which i normally love, but was disappointed this time. Rest of breakfast was good, though I would have liked some berries and yoghurt, but I could only have berries on pancakes.

We have stayed here many times while visiting family. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Evening meals are good and it is a short walk to a large Sainsbury's, and a short drive into the pretty and historic town of Brackley
Breakfast was fine, but the coffee machine wasn't working, so only instant coffee available. Since the coffee machine has been unreliable before, it would make sense to invest in another machine

Conveniently close to Silverstone and with everything on site you need when you need a stopover during a multi day event. Coffee bags in the room were appreciated, the food and staff were great and a full English at £8.75 is a steal. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely go again.
The rooms are fairly basic and the food is also basic (but good pub style food) but then it’s not a swish, 5 star hotel
