Lovely hotel in Stoney Stratford. Spacious room and shower. The breakfast was lovely. Hotel is right in the middle of the town.

The only problem was it was a Saturday night and there was a garden party on in the courtyard of the pub. It was extremely noisy until 1am even though the party finished at 10pm. Everyone was having a great time but they all congregated at the front of the hotel, right underneath our window. Such a shame, it spoilt an otherwise great stay. We would stay again but would make sure to check there was no event happening before we book.

Nice warm welcome on checking in and shown to room. Room a nice size, bed extremely comfortable, nice bathroom with shower. Ample, safe parking to rear of the property. Good, hearty, traditional cooked breakfast. The property is undergoing a facelift so outside scaffolding but doesn't cause any problem. The church opposite has a clock that chimes throughout the night but we found it quite charming rather than a problem. The staff are extremely friendly and eager to help which is a big 'plus'. All in all a pleasant, comfortable 2 night stay.

The street was rather noisy on our first night with a few drunken revellers making their way home after a night on the tiles, however our second night was less noisy (I would add we had the sash windows open as far as they would go due to a very hot and balmy night)

Staff are very super kind. Location was brilliant. Place was very clean. We could store bicycles in a secure storage. Everything was fantastic we would definitely like to go back.

I didn’t like The CHURCH BELL that rings EVERY 15 MINUTES 24HOURS . We stayed one of the hottest day in August, The room was 2nd floor and it was unbelievably hot. We had to leave the windows open because of the heat. Church bells woke us up every 15 mins just couldn’t get sleep at all. Sadly we shortened our stay. If it wasn’t the hot day, we would have stayed 2 nights as we originally planned …

The location was perfect right in the middle of the lovely high street. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The breakfast choice was good. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet through the night.The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only small complaint i have is the shower was a bit dirty and could have done with a deep clean with some bleach. I think the bedrooms could benefit from having an armchair in them so you can relax when getting back from a day out before going out for the evening.

Location was perfect. Right on the high street and walking distance from restaurants etc.

Unfortunately my room was situated right over the alleyway which people were smoking, drinking & chatting in which meant I was unable to have my bedroom window open because of the noise and smell. It is a beautiful little cobbled alleyway which is made for drinking in, it's just a shame my room was right over it.

Lovely venue. Exactly what you'd expect from a traditional b&b in a quaint location. The rooms were nice and clean and modernised. The room was also nice and warm as it was a chilly evening. Another thing I also liked was the breakfast options are off a menu with a small help yourself section. I prefer this much more than a full breakfast buffet. I would love to return again on a non-work related trip.

Comfortable bed, central location,great breakfast, large room

Arrived after 5pm, downstairs hotel area is used as cafe during day, it had been cleaned, floor washed i assume, all chairs up on tables, the scene appeared as if hotel was derelict. It was fine and reset when we got up for breakfast. First impressions count.

Great location, very friendly welcome. Nice room, good bed. Lots of car parking.

Breakfast in the morning was in the Saints coffee house which is in the same building but might be a separate business. We paid for breakfast in advance and we were given the hotel guest breakfast menu to choose from. There was another menu for other patrons of the Saints Coffee House and they had a much greater selection to choose from. It would be nice to be able to choose from either menu and if necessary, pay a supplement.

The hotel is a lovely old building located in the High Street and my room on the second floor had a pretty view of the church next door. There was plenty of parking. The bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of space for my toiletries, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd have been happy to spend a few more days there.

Nothing; I couldn't fault the place!

Lovely traditional inn, nicely refurbished. Location is great, in the heart of the historic coaching town of Stony Stratford. Lots of restaurants and bars close by in a relaxed atmosphere.

I didn't realise that they don't do evening meals, so had to go out. However, this was not too much of a problem as there is plenty of choice close by.
