I love the location, next to a variety of good quality restaurants. There was also a Sainsbury's nearby so everything was accessible. Breakfast was good, you can have full english, variety of fresh juices and there was a nice selection of pastries too. Aircon worked well in our room, we were always comfortable that was a big plus for us.

I know this is a personal preference but me and my wife found the pillows were hard. It would have been nice to have a little fridge in our room. maybe a bit more variety on the fruit being served.

The staff, as always, were friendly and very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- a good choice of food and generous amounts. Although I missed the hot porridge the waitress microwaved some for me on the Sunday.

I arrived very late and was allocated an 'accessible' room with a wet room, which I had not requested, and in fact found a bit more difficult to use than a normal shower over the bath. As I am not very tall I find the coat hangers are rather high up and difficult to use. A folding stand for luggage would make packing a bag easier. I think that some rooms have these, but mine didn't.

Breakfast was very good! Lucy should get a pay raise and she did not ask us to say that! Location was good because we had a seminar at your facility and I liked that it was near the shopping mall. I liked that we could open the window for fresh air. The staff was very helpful for our extra requests for bedding.

The mattress was very unstable, so every time my partner moved it woke me up. We are used to each person having their own duvet, so it was uncomfortable to share one large and also heavy duvet. The duvet was too heavy for the time of year. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust.

The location is great, very close to the train station and there is plenty of choice nearby to go to eat, out or go for a drink. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. We booked a room for 3 people (double bed and single bed). The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and everything you needed was provided, such as an iron, iron board, and hair dryer. We had a very comfortable stay and definitely will be returning.

We booked a room for 3 people, considering the size of our room, only 1 chair was provided. The room was spacious enough for a small 2 seater couch.

I found the location good as the hotel was easy for me to find I have stayed in Leonardo hotels in the past that had some mild issues with cleanliness hairs being left in the bathtub presumably from the last guest but happy to have had no such issues in this Leonardo hotel good housekeeping and level of cleanliness, I found the facilities of the room to be generally good good size bed that for some reason felt a bit more comfortable than at the other Leonardo hotel I've stayed at before, price seemed reasonable.

The soda bed wasn't used as I was staying alone however the cushion on one side kept slipping off of the sofa when I stood up from the sofa but no biggie there, the shower took a bit of time to heat up the water and wasn't the most powerful. At check in I arrived late evening as I came straight from work but there was a bit of a long wait to be checked in however all staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, as always. The bed was extremely comfortable, so I slept well despite having a back problem. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of food, including porridge, and guests could help ourselves to whatever we wanted. It is very helpful to be able to leave hand luggage in the store for a few hours after checking out.

I find the coat rack in the bedroom is rather high up for me, as I am not very tall, so difficult to reach to hang up clothes. The restaurant was closed in the evening, so food was only available in the bar and service was slow, as they had a private function on as well. The bar is not well laid out, so although the TV was on it was high up and I could not see it easily from where I was sitting.

-Online Check-in: did not work even on their website(it wasn't a big deal though) - lighting: this has been my complain about LH over the years, their room lighting is very inadequate. How about guests who want to do paperwork, the desk lamp will not be enough to illuminate their work table. - Lights Out Curtaun: lacked the capacity to block light at night as they are very short in width. Light still comes in at the side. I have to use the swivel chair to extend the curtain to the side. - bed: had wheels but no locks! - Night Reception: been ringing them many times, no one picked up. They said it was quite busy but somebody could have picked up the phone after it was ringing for over 30 times - VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTE COMING INTO OUR ROOM AT NIGHT

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortably firm. The pressure of the water was very strong. It felt like I was having a water massage. Our room was upgraded from standard room to executive suite! Massive appreciation for this 👏 Coffee machine and tea facilities were great!

The shower curtain wasn't positioned right & water was splashing over the floor because of the strong shower pressure. It will save time for the staff when they clean the room if the shower curtain is positioned correctly, avoiding water splashing to the bathroom floor. We were on the 8th floor, but we could hear noises outside the hotel from midnight till 2.30 am. Possibly by drunk people from the nearby pub/club. We could also hear cars revving and thought our window was open, but it was not. Because of all the noises, we didn't have a good sleep.

Convenient to local amenities

The property was tired the lifts are outdated and worn down and creak and scrap as they go up and down and the carpets in the rooms are really worn and have holes and the shower curtains need replacing as they have what look like mould in the stitching towards the bottom and some of the bathroom floor tiles are cracked. The pillows are either really hard or so soft they provide no support perhaps a memory foam type pillow should be an option

I stayed at the hotel for one night while in town for a business meeting. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view over the city. Its location was also a plus—within walking distance to several restaurants and bars, which made the evening convenient. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a good variety and quality.

One suggestion for improvement would be to include a smart TV in the room, allowing guests to log into their own streaming accounts like Netflix—especially appreciated during business trips when unwinding after a long day is key.
