The EasyHotel in Milton Keynes is in a really convenient location. It’s just a short walk to the railway station, the shopping centres and all the restaurants around. It is also clean and quiet and the bed in the room very comfortable. There’s a coffee machine in reception which serves good coffee, hot chocolate and tea to make up for the lack of a kettle in the room. The two staff with whom I came into contact during the three days of this visit were very polite, professional and friendly. That’s not always the case in hotels nowadays and was really appreciated. I stayed here for a number of nights last year and on check-in this time, I was welcomed by a familiar face, Koisuma, who did a wonderful job again of making me feel at home. Then the day before checking out, I met a member of the new management team, Gareth, who was just as welcoming, attentive and courteous. He even gifted me a complementary late check out which was a really kind gesture. The hotel is in very safe hands!! Both Gareth and Koisuma really care about their guests and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was small and sparse but I had what I needed for a good night’s sleep. The bed was firm and comfy. There were plenty of convenient sockets, good lighting, a TV and a little hanging space. The air conditioning was very welcome on a very hot night. Extra floor space is limited and I saw a review where someone complained that there was no room for luggage, however I just put my bag and shoes under the bed. There’s also some corridor space between the entrance door and the en-suite door. The en-suite is bijou but adequate. I’m a big girl and had no issue with the size of the shower. The shower itself was good and shower gel was provided.

There is no table/desk space and no chair/stool, however I knew this from the photos and had no other expectations. The pillows were thin, but extra ones are available.

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff on reception to greet me and sourced iron for me. Help me with TV issue. Offered to move rooms. Made conversation about my trip. I liked inclusion on shower gel rather than having to bring my own.

TV didn’t work, reception staff came to help and offered to move my room. Ironing board was mini and legs wouldn’t stand up, would be easier to use a full sized ironing board. But I was pleased to have the option of iron and ironing board. Wasn’t an issue.

The location was very convenient with easy access to everything I needed. It’s just a short walk from the train station, the MK shopping centre, and the Hub with lots of eating places. The room was nice - very basic but clean with a firm comfy bed and I really appreciated how quiet it was. There was no noise from the street or from within the hotel itself, which made for peaceful nights’ sleep. Raj and Rob were lovely, very friendly. Both were competent and professional - Rob breezing through a problem I had with the tv and Raj through the process to connect my stayover bookings each time. They both went out of their way to be helpful and kind which was much appreciated.

I appreciate that everything has been stripped down to the basics and less gadgetry saves on cleaning time which keeps the costs down. But, a kettle, a desk, a coat peg and a couple more hangers would be great!

I have stayed here on and off for ages now and never had a bad experience but yesterday I have to admit is one that will stand out! From the moment I landed at reception Gareth Devlin greeted me with a bubbly smile and upgraded my room at no extra cost (with windows at that) -normally the staff are all okay but kudos to Mr Gareth has definitely upped the games status 🙏 I happily would recommend Easyhotel every time and I think you get alot more for your buck then other hotels or b&b's at the same price 😉

Centrally located in Milton Keynes, easy to reach local restaurants, shops and bars. While it didn’t have onsite parking available, it’s almost impossible to find anywhere in Milton Keynes central that does. Parking right next to the site was only £5.50 for 24 hours so this was fine. The hotel room was simple and basic, but I wasn’t paying for the ritz. The room was clean, comfortable, had a good shower and was perfectly functional for my needs. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and I would happily stay here again for a solo trip.

My only criticism would be the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I slept fine and I got a great deal. I wasn’t disappointed and I don’t think it’s fair to mark the experience down due to this. If you want a really comfortable bed, pay more.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from Robert. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. From his warm greeting at check-in to his thoughtful recommendations for local spots, Robert’s hospitality was outstanding. He truly made my visit special, and I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back!

Room very clean, 2 sockets at sides of bed and lovely bathroom with a good shower unit, double bed very comfortable with very clean bedding and tv that worked :)

Would have been useful to have a small chest of drawers in room for my bits and pieces :)

We hadn't stayed here before and weren't sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. We were there for 1 night and it was absolutely ideal. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the a/c worked brilliantly which was definitely needed in this scorching hot weekend. No problems parking just around the corner and the price of parking was so cheap. Easy to walk to where the main shops were for food too. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a basic hotel but new and very clean plus a fair price. A chair would be nice and maybe a small table.

The firedoors seem to bang a lot-maybe adjust the automatic door closers to minimis the constant banging. The area does have a number of rough sleepers/beggars. I diud not venture outside once I arrived until I left in the morning. There was a man who seemed to need to rest or sleep in the carparking area just outside my room - he headed off after a while - I imagine he may have been under in influence of something - he did not seem drunk when he walked away.
