Very friendly staff,good food,air conditioned room.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy..personally I would have liked small t-pot with the t-bag in,just a small thing but it would have saved a back up in the queue for hot water and a lot of tooing and throwing to get the t-bag then the hot water. Which i felt was contesting things.but it didnt spoil our time there.also although not extortionate the food prices could have been a little bit less.I also that you could have a packed lunch offer I know that this would be very popular.

Very clean, comfy rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff on the desk and throughout. Breakfast included in the price (with vegetarian sausages available on request). Very clean dining area with efficient and helpful staff. Easy access straight off the M1. Bar facility.

Can't fault, just suggestions: Vegetarian/vegan breakfast options could be more visible (it might encourage people to sample and reduce consumption of meat). Oat milk in the room would be good (but not a problem as I'm sure the staff would provide if requested).

Out in the countryside with lots of walking trails. We were there for the F1 British GP - so the place suited our purpose just fine. Very Clean and helpful Staff. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning - and the Staff are consistently replenishing and cleaning. They also gave us — complimentary- water and fruit to take with us to the Track!

Location might not be right for some people. We did not have a Car and used the local bus to get into town. They also have a very efficient Taxi system.

Room was nice but smelled musty. Reception took note of and said would arrange a deep clean. Breakfast was ok, staff were helpful and kept on top of cleaning areas where guests had been messy.

Breakfast finished too early. It starts early and that’s ok for those going off to work but not so for leisure guests who want a more relaxed schedule. I say that confidently as I just made it in time and saw many arriving after me. Even a 30 minute extension would be helpful. Alternatively, offer a bed only price option.

The twin room we had was a good size, fairly modern, and well decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful.... we wanted extra pillows, and these were brought to the room within 15 mins of asking for them. Breakfast was buffet 'help yourself'... we went down early, and everything was hot and plentiful. Good location.... it's on same estate as a Harvester Restaurant, so very easy to eat out and have a drink in the evening if you wanted to.

The only thing I would have changed, is that the heating fan in the room would have been a little quieter, and maybe had worked a little better..... but it didn't hinder the experience at all, and did work well enough.

Staff were very welcoming & helpful. The facilities were very clean & the breakfast a good standard, with a nice choice & well laid out. Particularly liked the fact that tables were cleared & cleaned promptly for reuse. Standard room was reasonable size with a small seating area. Car parking is available but we arrived late evening & there were only a handful of spaces available. Location was useful for us visiting family both in Newport Pagnell & Weston Turville. There is also a Harvester restaurant directly opposite the hotel & a Riverside walk just through the business park.

Our room was a little cold & we couldn't seem to get the heating to come on to warm it a bit more despite following the instructions. The bed sunk in the middle!

The location is surrounded by nature, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh air was refreshing. The environment felt untouched and calm, a perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend for nature lovers or anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

area for improvement is the carpet in the room. It looked quite old and appeared dirty, which took away a bit from the overall comfort. A thorough cleaning or replacement would really enhance the room's appeal.

Buffet area was cramped so it was hard to maneuver round with the amount of people.. would have preferred more kid friendly options for breakfast Bedroom the main bed was lovely however the pull out sofa bed you could feel the springs meaning our little one slept in the big bed with me and his father. As the main bed was large enough to fit all three of us, I did not feel the need to raise this at the time. The staff went above and beyond esp when I requested milk for my little one around 7pm. Overall lovely and would stay again

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room excellent and spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, plentiful. Plenty of free parking. All in all very well located, comfortable- very good for the price.

At breakfast, Jams and spreads for pastries and toast etc weren't well signposted at all. There was a pancake maker but this was tucked out of the way and no instructions how to use it. It felt randomly placed as was away from the rest of the breakfast area.

Hotel was clean and the room looked like it had a renovation to make more modern. The double room had lots of room, air con and a window to open. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Checking in and out was stress-free. The location was great for my trip, on a small industrial estate with free parking with big car park (we stayed on a Saturday and the car park it was very busy but not full). There's also a pub (Harvester) across the car park if you like that kind of thing. The hotel is near a nice park, Willen Lake, with activities on the water (kayak, paddleboards, peddle boats and a water activity/obstacle course) it was nice to walk around. Amazing value, Saturday night, free car parking with breakfast for £62. We would stay here again.

Only on small thing, breakfast was included (Sunday 7-10am) was very popular and long queues. We didn't have time to wait but not a problem for us. I'd recommend going very early.
