Beautiful and elegant structure, in true English style! The staff is very friendly, professional and guests feel at home, I was very comfortable during my stay and I thank everyone for the services I received, well beyond expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was wonderful, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service, quality of the food was excellent, and very tasty! I would recommend this establishment to everyone, the proximity to Silverstone and the atmosphere of the English countryside are plus points! Thank you all, and see you soon!

Rooms are spacious Lots of free parking Staff are really friendly and helpful, they do their best to make your stay comfortable especially Rodica and the manager of the hotel who offer fantastic customer service and a warm welcome Rooms are nicely decorated, modern yet cosy Free wifi is excellent Some rooms have fridges Tea/coffee facilities provided Bottle water provided in the room Ironing/ironing board in the room Smart TV Very clean rooms and the hotel itself is really well maintained Air conditioning Peaceful location in the countryside Quiet rooms Nice power shower
A few old cobwebs in parts of the room Room next to the water heater is not good if you are noise sensitive as it makes an intermittent humming sound which you can hear through the walls Temperature varies from room to room, some too hot, some too cold and some just right. You can control via the radiator My shower temperature changed randomly so be careful

The hotel is lovely, it is smart, well-decorated and clean, the staff were all delightful, professional, friendly, and helpful and I was treated with relaxed courtesy. The room was on the first floor and I had a temporary disability,(I had broken my foot and was using a stick and had a cast on, but forgot to book a ground floor room) the young man at reception carried my case up the stairs for me and I was supported by the staff during breakfast to get my breakfast and drinks, I was permitted to park in a disabled bay although not a registered disabled person, they couldn't do enough to help me, it was very kind. The breakfast was delicious, well made and hot, and the coffee was really good. The room was a superior king size and was lovely and had everything I needed with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet and private, with loads of parking. Will return. Thank you.
The restaurant was not yet open, so had to go to the pub nearby, however, this is due to open very soon so a temporary issue. There is no lift, it's an old building so it's not surprising, but it is a trudge to carry luggage up a flight of stairs, broken foot or not.

Superb overnight stay. I only wanted somewhere to stop for a cheap (Sunday) night off the M1 and to head off for work meeting early next morning. Was really pleasantly surprised. Arrived late and greeted by very welcoming staff who helped with bags to room. I only had the single room but was most cosy and luxurious. Comfy bed, crisp white linen and oodles of hot water in the huge shower. Next morning different staff greeted cheerfully went above and beyond carrying bags to my car. Really reasonable room rate - have already booked in again
Nothing - all was lovely

Impressive entrance to gardens and hotel. Large car park close to hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didn’t have dinner there as only had bar food; thought £21 for burger and chips a bit excessive when we had a four course Burns night dinner in the nearby pub for £28.
There were small signs that it was a bit tired; worn furniture, plunger missing from sink in public toilets on ground floor but generally a very pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff. Not keen on buffet breakfast although plenty of choice and good quality sausage and bacon. Not keen on black pudding 😞

Such a lovely hotel! Had recently undergone a refurbishment. Looks small from the front, but has about 50 rooms. A real hidden gem and we loved our stay there. Room was so lovely, as was the breakfast. Staff all really friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely return there if we’re in that part of the country and would definitely recommend to friends.
Sadly they weren’t able to provide an evening dinner service, as still trying to recruit chefs, but the breakfast in the lovely restaurant was excellent. Luckily there is a very nice pub for evening meals within a very short walk.

Lovely location, very pretty and quiet with a cosy pub just around the corner. Option to pay for breakfast whilst there but we went to the pub instead so can't comment on that. We felt that not having the options for meals over the weekend was a bit odd, as we would have been stuck otherwise for food if not for us heading out. Otherwise the bedroom and bed itself was very comfortable, clean bathroom/toilet with the option of bath or shower. Reception staff all very friendly. Not far from Marshalls Arena which was ideal for us and the reason for booking our stay.
No meals provided during weekends and bar area a bit deserted.

I love the hotel. Just beautiful. I stayed there 9 years ago and had loved it, so on our 9 yr anniversary, I booked it for my husband and I. The bed was so comfy, and they accommodated my request for a ground floor room due to knee issues. I loved the roll top bath, goegeous. And the towels were spectacular.
The tea spoons were dirty, the shower drain was so slow, it nearly overflowed, the refrigerator didn't work, 2 of the 4 water glasses were dirty. As I said above, it was our anniversary, and I messaged the property and requested a little something in the room for our celebration, to which the hotel responded that they would love to accommodate (I would have even paid a little extra).Nothing was done. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. I come to England once a year and just want comfort and cleanliness. I feel sad that this visit didn't come close to my last one as this visit was more special.

A very good breakfast - although, not full buffet every day, but waitress/er service instead. Excellent situation near Central MK in very pleasant grounds. Very friendly staff and very helpful when we had to extend our stay for an extra week.
Bar tended to close fairly early and was "Card Only" service - not always helpful to older customers like ourselves who are more"At Home" with cash as well. Could improve with a fuller more formal dinning service in the evenings - would be sure to attract public into the Hotel.

The staff were excellent. Especially Mercy and Prince. Lovely location, nice pub at the end of the drive. Due to a health issue they went out of their way to accommodate us with a ground floor room. Had trouble with TV and Prince came to the room within 3 minutes to fix it. Requested a sheet as it was too hot for the quilt and again provided within minutes. Mercy came to our aid without us asking when she saw us struggling with our cases, she then helped us book in and took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed.
Lack of sockets by bed for charging phones/tablets. Breakfast did not have options for an omlette or similar. Arrived at 9 a.m. and had to request croissants.
