Very comfortable room, lovely bed. Great shower.

I think when advertising this hotel, guests should be made aware of the amount of stairs there are to go up and down. Two flights of stairs from the car park to reception which of course one has to descend to get luggage from vehicle. Another flight of stairs down to our floor then a very long walk through several fire doors to our room which was the last one at the end of the corridor. I myself managed but my husband had to juggle a suitcase and walking stick which was certainly not ideal.

Check in was quick, the car park was easy to access, staff were friendly and ready to assist when required. Revival leisure club was not too busy when we went so often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The beds were lovely and comfortable, we were able to sleep comfortably plus the surrounding area was quiet. A fan was supplied in the rooms which was a nice touch. We will be back again.

In the bedrooms there weren’t any herbal tea bags on offer but it wasn’t a major deal as there are shops locally (Tesco,Greggs,Esso).

I didn't take the name of the lady on reception who booked us in but she was wonderful. She arranged a taxi for us to the venue for the concert we had travelled for which was more than I would have expected. The rooms were fabulous, very generous in size and probably the most comfortable hotel bed i have ever slept in. Unfortunately as we only stayed for 1 night we didn't get the chance to sample the food, bar or breakfast but will certainly book again for a longer stay.

pillows are flat. Instead of twin room, we paid extra for the double room. however, the double room given to us had two single beds pushed together. I don’t see the point of paying extra for a double if we’re not going to get a double bed. There’s a gap and bump between the two singles beds so hence very uncomfortable for our back. You shouldn’t advertise a double room if it doesn’t have a double bed.

Staff were attentive, food was good value, tasty and good portion size. Pool was nice to use. Room was clean as was the hotel in general. Although warm, the room fan was a welcome addition and the fact the room window opened allowed for fresh air as well.

Decor was a little tired but not unacceptable. The shower head in the bathroom was a little ill fitting so the shower stream was a little weak.

We stayed here for our overnight destination while at Silverstone race circuit, it was better than expected, especially after reading so many negative reviews. The staff were friendly, the leisure centre was good. We had evening meal and breakfast and the food was very nice. Room was good and had everything we needed.

There wasn't a large variety of beer available on tap.

Breakfast buffet was hot and delicious and was relaxed. Location was brilliant to visit family overnight. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Might come for an extra night next time as we would have liked to have used pool, spa etc but check out was 11am , which was fine but all day using facilities would be nice too.

Not a big issue really , the furniture was a tiny bit dated/dark but not in disrepair . Cleanliness was the main thing for me which was brilliant.

When we arrived at the hotel no one was on the reception and had to wait to be greeted by a member of staff only took few minutes for someone to arrive which was ok wasn’t in a rush , I actually jokingly was hitting an imaginary bell. The dining area and lounge area was clean . The room was amazing and bed was so comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to tip the young lady, didn’t catch a name . When the bill arrived I asked how do I tip on the card , She Replied “ I can only process cash tips “ I’ve worked in hospitality for many years and cards tips are the norm something does not add up maybe the employer needs to re-assess this .

the staff were very pleasant and helpful room was very clean well appointed and beds were very comfortable. room was also very quiet even with being on ground floor. evening meal we had was very good.

Was puzzled that restaurant wouldn't would not receive older twenty pound notes when paying for meal even though they are still legal tender if they were worried about fake notes there should have been security measure in place to check notes

Visited with my partner to get a few days break away stayed for 3 nights, had a super comfy bed and spent most of the time in the hotel Using their pool and leisure facilities, the pool is well kept and managed, we particularly enjoyed the sauna, the bedrooms are spacious and clean on arrival , but the TV could be bigger. We had to ask for more towels which was no fuss to reception to help with that The bar and dining area is lovely and the bar is open all night long, it's quite reasonably priced. There is lots of free parking , and town a shop nextdoor with restaurants near by Overall we had a lovely break away and would definitely return

Breakfast is 9 pound per person per night I thought this was a little expensive, so we got Breakfast elsewhere
