Whilst all the facilities are top notch, what makes the Real difference is the staff. I was greeted on Monday evening by Mia, who was genuinely friendly and helpful. Really made me feel as if I was visiting her home. Next day, Alley made me and my longterm friend, Alice, feel very welcome. I had come to meet Alice as she passed through MK, and Alley made us feel very, very welcome. I needed to work on my computer as well, and the co-working space with available power outlets was very pleasant.

I believe the breakfast granola could have been broken up into smaller chunks. No further problems at all.

We spent a much needed break at the Moxy at MK We enjoyed our stay, the staff are welcoming and helpful and all staff have a positive attitude! The ambience, decor and and lighting in dining area and bar are exceptional giving it a relaxing vibe and making it a great place to chill. The breakfast was great with plenty choices available! Bonus- We were offered a complimentary drink on arrival. The hotel is central with easy access to MK shopping centre and Xscape for a range of indoor activities and places to eat. A clean, modern and nice place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Can get noisy outside during the night especially during the weekend as its located central, however a lovely place to stay.

The room was perfect, spacious enough for a few days on your own. Great that they have USB charging points, lovely toiletries and well thought out decoration. A note about the movement detection light at the bottom of the bed would have saved me a few minutes going mad trying to find a switch. Food wise, I can only speak for breakfast. It was varied, a few options available and all tasty.

The elevators are extremely slow. Be prepared to wait about 5 minutes whether you want to go up or down. There an ironing room at the end of the corridors, but when I went in there was no iron… couldn’t be bothered to go down and ask reception. Would be good to have a phone for reception in the corridors if not in the rooms. To go to the car park, don’t use the door near the toilet and far end of the building, unless you still have an access card. We got stuck in the stairway after checking out, because there were no button to call for help or reach reception (badly thought!). We had to bang on the door for a long time before someone came out to find us. Appalling really. I’ll still return now I know all the above, as it’s a convenient location, and the staff was lovely.

Everything about the Moxy Hotel is exceptional. When you first enter there is an ambience that is difficult to describe but it has a lot to do with the lighting, the facilities, the décor and the layout as well as a wonderful team of friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make everything perfect for your stay. The hotel facilities are first rate, the place is spotlessly clean and the food from the bar menu was delicious. The buffet breakfast has a huge range of options and caters for all. The lighting in the rooms is wonderful and the floor to ceiling black out curtains make for a lovely restful sleep. Check out time of 12pm and breakfast till 11, make it that bit above and beyond what you would normally expect. We were even allowed to check in early too. Special thanks to Ala one of the team leaders who looked after us as though we were his only guests. He even played connect four with us and began pouring drinks for us before they were even ordered just because we were waiting at the bar and he knew what we wanted! An unforgettable stay. We will be back!

The only suggestion I have is that there could be one or two more lager on tap options at the bar, but I am clutching at straws there and the cocktails were fabulous!

Great location, lovely modern hotel, really clean rooms and a nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfy bed and pillows (slept like a log!) Powerful shower, seemingly new bathrooms and lovely fluffy white towels. The communal areas are very relaxing and comfortable with some really nice touches. The most outstanding aspect of this hotel, however, is its staff. They were so welcoming and genuinely friendly - couldn’t do enough for us! It’s rare you get such excellent customer service these days but the Moxy Milton Keynes really delivered.

Can’t think of a thing!

Welcome cocktail was lovely, warm friendly welcome from staff at check in, room was well thought out and bed very comfortable. Shower room small but clean and had what I needed. Loved the addition of not only USB as well as USB-C ports by the bed as well as other places in the room. Lighting was nice, and room was the perfect temperature and well ventilated. My stay was quiet and comfortable.

Only negative was breakfast in my opinion wasn’t great. Eggs were very watery, pale and tasteless with gritty texture. Beans also watery and didn’t taste nice. No cooked veggie option like veggie sausage which was a shame. Would have liked option to request poached or fried egg, boiled eggs available but cold.

The hotel was unlike anywhere I've stayed before. It felt very welcoming, relaxing and friendly; with lovely lighting and an amazing breakfast too. So many wonderful small touches to help people feel at home during their stay. Especially the staff who always took the time to answer any questions I had and were always willing to offer helpful suggestions for someone new to the area. Millie in particular was brilliant, I really appreciated her taking the time to help me and am grateful for her making sure my stay was as smooth as possible. She's a credit to the hotel!

Nothing I didn't like, some difficulty with the room keys during my stay - this however was always immediately resolved.

We love the chilled vibe from the building and all the staff. If do want to go out for a drink or a meal (you should try at least one of their cocktails or a late night meal after 10pm) there are around 70 options within a very short travelling distance. You might think that £15 (£12 if reordered) for breakfast is a bit steep but it isn't. All fresh and a very wide choice in a buffet. They love everything Red Bull due how close the team HQ is, so the breakfast is behind pit-stop style shutters

Really friendly stay and nice room for a good price

The only bad thing I would have to say is about the free cocktail. Upon arrival we were told we got a card that says we can get a free cocktail. When we went to use it we were told it was only for one specific cocktail and not for any. Was a bit disappointing as I don't drink and my partner doesn't drink gin which was in the free cocktail. Great idea but maybe do a choice of 2 and make it super clear it's for the Moxy cocktail and not any cocktail

Staff knew it was my birthday and I had balloons and sweets in the room along with a birthday message on the mirror. The bed was super comfortable and the location of the tv was perfect when watching in bed. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was just amazing, I also loved the toiletries as they smelt amazing and left my skin super soft. All staff we encountered were truly amazing, super friendly and remembered our names each time we spoke to them.

Not much parking at the hotel, but that said there is parking on the other side of the road, just make sure you park on the standard side not the premium side cos it's either 50p an hour or £2 an hour. That is the only gripe I have
