Breakfast was superb, very good variety English breakfast. Attentive and respectful staff as well. The place felt safe and well gated with good free car park.

Wasn't too cool with the toilet because it's a bit too low and in a different room with no sink, but had a sanitiser. It was a bit difficult to understand how the water in the bath flows out but we eventually managed to twist knob on the side of the bath and got it sorted. Was excited about the EV car charging but it didn't work, sadly, but the hotel did tell us that it wasn't managed by them. We tried to charge late so couldn't get assistance. But these don't remove the beauty of the facility. Will definitely stay there again and again. Love Novotel in general.

It was amazing.. I liked everything. The pool was the best part, clean, quiet and great for the kids. Got given towels on arrival to the pool.. free lockers. Didn't try the sauna as I had children with me but it looked great. We didn't see the gym but definitely will check it out next time. The whole place was really clean, and great service at reception. Room was spacious and bed soo comfy. I loved that the toilet was separate to the bath and sink.. the bath had a shower in it too, with a little seat in it, and great shower curtain. It was just really really good. Beds for the kids were set out already.. we took a firestick to use on the TV, and Internet was free so we had a movie night. Already planning our next stay as we only did one night, so didn't get to try out the restaurant or see the whole hotel. But we have left feeling nothing but positive thoughts about this hotel. So glad I found it and was cheaper than all the surrounding places AND it had a pool!!

We were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and good organization of the hotel. Excellent location, free parking. Everything was very well cared for and cleaned, the room, the pool, the sauna area, as well as the breakfast area, the food was fresh and beautifully served. The temperature at the pool was ideal, the water was heated. It was a little cold in the spacious room, but a heater was brought to us. All the staff were kind, smiling and benevolent. I highly recommend it, a particularly pleasant experience. I also mention the very reasonable price. Thank you.

Kid friendly, there's a lovely little toy corner near reception, which is so handy. My daughter loved it. I thought the food was great evening and breakfast, nice menu. The room was very spacious with a big bath. Staff very kindly let us leave our luggage for the day on check out.

Very small points but cut off of 9am breakfast feels unusually early, so we had to rush. That's one thing I'd consider flagging on check in as we nearly missed it. Decor is quite dated/wood chip wallpaper vibes. Clean though. Would still highly recommend hotel.

Staff were fantastic, facilities were over expectation, pool, gym and sauna, whilst we did not eat at the restaurant we wish we knew about kids eat free offer as we had one night we were searching for somewhere. Another bonus was an excellent breakfast on offer, good selection and friendly staff.

Felt our toilet floor and carpet in the room wasn't quite to standard, and the kids eat free offer could have been mentioned on our check in, as we would have used that service.

There was a problem with our door lock but this was dealt with professionally and with courtesy by the excellent staff. The TV reception was poor, possibly due to a loose connection, but we weren't worried about watching it. It wasn't the hotel's fault but there was a large family group staying, and young children were running around the foyer late into the evening, and again up and down the corridor outside the room at 5am disrupting our sleep. Otherwise the Novotel suited us perfectly while visiting our son who lives nearby.

Really liked how family friendly the whole hotel was, from the staff to the facilities of a small play area and the swimming pool. Liked how convenient it was to walk into MK central and also how affordable the food was onsite. The room was a good size for Mum, Dad and 2 year old son. We asked to be on a higher floor as we wanted a quiet space and it was exactly that. I also thought it was incredibly affordable considering what you get onsite

Don't let one negative review put you off! The customer service is amazing! All very polite and courteous. The location is a very easy drive. I am a frequent traveller so I can easily compare hotels everywhere! With this price, it's an absolute bargain. They have swimming pool, sauna, and a gym! They even have a small playroom in the corner near the reception. This hotel is very much ideal for family- also for business travel. Parking is free too! I am over the moon with this hotel as they tick all the boxes. The main bonus for us as a family was we were able to bring our Ragdoll Cat! I will definitely come again! xx

The food bar price is pretty expensive. So just get an uber delivered! I think walls are not soundproof. I was woken up many times by people walking and knocking on the doors.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a great addition to the hotel facilities and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with something to please everyone: cereals, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yoghurt, everything for a cooked breakfast, croissants and Danish pastries, baguettes, smoked salmon, cheese and a pancake maker! Couldn't fault anything during our stay... Thank you!

There was a strange smell in our room when we arrived, and I'm not sure if it was the detergent/cloth used to clean the room or something else, but after we aired it for a while, the smell dissipated

Room was good but a little more space for three people would have been appreciated. Ample for two guests. room facilities were good. When staying at hotels we often have to ask for additional pillows but we had plenty at Novotel. Decor could be better,a little bland. Breakfast was enjoyable, plenty of choice, good quality and the buffet style suited us, liked the pancake making machine. The swimming pool and gym were a welcome facility. Enjoyed some time using them. Free parking on site very welcome.

Restaurant prices were a little pricey. The dishes offered were quite basic, curry, steak, pizza, etc. Breakfast eggs could be improved, yolks were all hard from being left too long under heat lamps.
