I liked the themed accommodation, the price was amazing. Having a fridge, kettle and microwave in the accommodation was really handy. There was a restaurant on site. There were plenty of activities on for the kids in the evening, they enjoyed melting marshmallows by the fire and the film. Gullivers World is right next door and it is a short walk to a reservoir with a big park and water activities. Would definitely come again.

Although the shower was great in terms of pressure there was no hot water, we found a booster later which might have sorted it but some instructions would have been really handy. Also the fridge was set to freezer temp so in the morning our milk was frozen, suggest to just check the temp.

An enjoyable weekend, saved me the hassle of a tent in the heat! The toilets and showers were much improved (cleaner) than on my last visit. We found lots of baby frogs which my son enjoyed. The trolleys were good for getting our gear to the tent. The beds were comfy, but the double had 2 single mattresses with a crack in the middle. There were electric sockets in the tent. It's a nice stroll to the canal and a pub.

The duvets were too thick for my liking. It would have been nice to have been on grass, not stones. The shower could have had a better flow of water, and it took ages for semi-hot water to come through.

Tipi was clean and a fair size for one night. Beds were comfortable. Close to gullivers land. Easy check in process. Safe for the children to play at the parks as no vehicles moving around so extra safety. All adults and children looked out for each other. Lots of space to play.

Noise levels from some families throughout the night and early hours, there was no monitoring of this. Disturbed our sleep. Breakfast service was slow and meals were forgotten. Very apologetic. No map given at check in so hard to navigate and remember directions. Large maps around the village so a photo was taken.

The customer service was exceptional and the staff were helpful and very courteous. I had to make a change to my booking which could not be done online and the reception team were excellent at handling my request and resolving matters. I needed some extra advice on booking local taxis and they provided help on that too. The grounds are huge and the accommodation was excellent, with lots of space, very clean with linens and towels and tea/coffee provided too. We had to collect our key for check-in out of hours late at night and that worked great too. We was a party of 4 adults who needed accommodation for an overnight stay near the MK National Bowl (as did other guests too). From what I experienced and saw, it will be worth a return trip with granddaughters to explore the adventure activities here and Gulliver's Land Resort just around the corner!

lots of space for one or two people, comfortable bed and sofa, microwave, kettle and fridge provided which is nice. staff were very quick to help when i had an issue with a blown bulb and the hot water - they answered the phone and sent someone to my cabin within minuets

the bathroom was extremely small and cramped, it was a wet room so once you showered the whole room was wet if you needed the loo afterwards, also the drain was very slow - so the whole room filled up with water as you showered, which then took quite a while to drain after.

Lights were absolutely beautiful and included in the accommodation cost! Staff were very helpful. Themed rooms were so lovely. And thenes throughout the resort were lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Food at restaurant- large portions.

A microwave in the western accommodation would be helpful having had a baby stay. Door in nunber one had a large gap which resulted in a cold draught. More variety in restaurants would be nicer.(specially with fair being closed). A map of the site on the booking pictures would really help. We managed to get a trolley to carry our luggage, but apparently not always available.

great location and the caravan was very warm (almost too warm) hot water was super hot, the chairs where very comfortable. We where staying when their was a light show on which resulted in large crowds outside (slightly up from us) which resulted in a log burner and marshmallows burning which was a real bonus - plus the sights of the lights which where all around. Dinosaur theme - we all decided we are coming back with the whole family's - its great. Reception staff great at both check in and out

Because of the light show it was very difficult to get into the car park and we felt a little odd entering with the large crowds.

Had everything you needed for a night away, was nice knowing we didn't have to drive home after a busy day. Kids loved the bunk beds and the sofa bed was pulled out ready for us my personal opinion the beds wasn't that comfy but was fine for the night toilet and shower was great and all clean. Mini fridge in there and tea and coffee making facilities no alterative milk sachets though.

No alternative milk sachets. And I personally wouldn't bother going to the raptor restaurant for breakfast there is 3 hot choices sausage bap, bacon bap or vegetarian sausage bap then cornflakes or coco pops you then have to go to reception to get a hot drink which just made it a bit of a faff with kids. We didn't have dinner there so can't comment on that one. We went to the inn on the lake which we highly recommend about 10 mins away.

Bed very comfortable, felt like a king size and not just a double. Very nice place. Stayed in wild west cabins. Can hear neighbours and bad weather. As to be expected. Can hire disposable bbq stands for £5 which we saw some people utilising however we were happy to eat at the restaurant. Good food. Nice and chilled evening! Ordered an extra cot for our 2 year old free of charge which was confirmed on my booking.com but wasn't in the room when we arrived. We didn't bother enquiring about it as it was only 1 night and we would manage, it was also already late when we arrived and there is limited space in the room so it was probably a blessing in disguise. But I feel they would have helped should we have asked.

Cabins have own toilet and shower (didn't use the shower) but they smell slightly of portaloo's. But that is also to be expected when in glamping accommodation so ignore the bad reviews.

It’s such a relaxing vibe here. Staff was nice and helpful. My child absolutely loves it here! He’s entertained all day and has fun. room was clean and there is lovely near by walks. Good play area & sand pit. Also a few other play parks in the resort. I have came here a few times now and I always make sure I come back here twice a year. It’s just a nice getaway. Would highly recommend the park willen lake near by is well. Dinosaur park & theme park also great for kids!
