Option for late check-in (just have to notify them when en route) and then ability to come and go - it's a shared house do have to keep quiet late in the evening but can access at all hours. Price was very good. Other residents (a couple live there long-term) were friendly. Parking was easy and free. Did all the essentials well.

Problem with the door lock on arrival but host was good to come back, even late in the evening, to agree a temporary fix and it was then completely fixed the following day even though it was a Sunday. Shower was a bit small and room was not beautifully decorated, but for the price, which was cheaper than almost all other options in the area, it was good.

Well! what can i say? Except for Fantastic, in every sense of the word, Mr Ash, and son was there to greet me upon arrival, And with this great first impressions, i was under no illusion that my stay at this property was going to be a good one! i came to this quiet but very accessible location for work, whilst working Nights on the railway, things could not of been more perfect for the circumstances required by me! I was left alone, very private, but if required Mr Ash was always available if any staying Guest required anything, my facilities in the room fulfilled all my needs, just as advertised, Warm, cosy and friendly, So this has now made my mind up to ensure a regular booking for my work purposes, when required, 10/10 A1 Thanks Mr Ash and family, see ya soon

I appreciated the convenient location. Even though I checked in late, the host was incredibly nice, attentive, and accommodating, which made me feel truly welcome.

Great Staff! Excellent Service and Ambiance! Cozy room and Washroom, slept like a baby after a tiring day I was skeptical this being my first trip here but this really made it fun.

Location to the city is good within walking distance and is in a quiet area with plenty of space to park. A home from home experience after staying here for a second time. Host very friendly and helpful. Check out time was very flexible. Recommend a stay here to anyone.

Nothing really. Only thing missing is a T.V. in the room apart from that the rooms are very well appointed with an ensuite, fridge and double bed.

It was affordable for a one night stay, the place was Easy to access with public transport, it was a straightforward check in process, there was clear information and instructions about the stay, the host is very responsive. The rooms are Spacious and comfortable.

The kitchen was a bit messy with white washing/linen on the countertop tables. the bed sheets in my room had a very strong and overbearing musk scent, which was unpleasant, they did look clean, so I assume is the detergent used, I advice the use of a more neutral mild scents.

Owner was very kind. Lovely shower with great water pressure. Biscuits/coffee/tea all made it very nice. VERY quiet area, no sounds at night, great if you want a decent sleep. Can order food from the room. All in all very good value for money.

Prefer a tv in a room when staying alone, that's only negative really.

Easy to get to, free parking, easy access. Owner came to let me in and show me around. Had a plenty of space on my room. En suite. Personal fridge. Gestures like water and tea and coffee. Was able to access kitchen. Free WiFi

The hotel owner, Mr Ashraf Khan, was very friendly and hospitable. He made an extra effort to pick me up from the Train Station since it was my first time in the city. He also gave me good suggestions of places to eat in the city and after the stay called me to ask how my interview go as I went to Milton Keynes for an interview. He made me feel like family! I would definitely recommend the place.

The pricing could have been a bit cheaper. But the service was worth the money.

Excellent lovely and warm, clean and quiet for a restful night. Ash the owner was brilliant, couldn't find it at first . as sat nav took me the wrong way in Ash came out to find me. I needed some food Ash drove me to the nearest shops not only that but also took me back which was much appreciated as it was very cold night.. Many thanks Ash you are a start :)
