First a big shout for Simon "Mr maintenance man" dealt with cold shower quickly, politely and informatively! (Apparently an ongoing BMS issue with a new biomass boiler, note-these don't like stop/starting) No not often they get mentioned in dispatches! Superb breakfast. The reception, catering and bar staff were all courteous and helpful. Location great for visiting our new grandchild. Hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained.

We are used to king size beds, yours are very small doubles, sleep is therefore a problem. May I suggest losing some bedside cabinets and dropping in some larger beds. Also you really need to put a stop to late night revelers crashing through the doors shouting and swearing, felt a bit like a city centre Travelodge on two of our three nights, again, no sleep, which is what hotels are there for!

The place it self was great. The swimming pool. The breakfast The room Theo in breakfast room helped my lad who has autism and made him what he wanted .he was kind and polite. Huge thank you to him. Staff are so friendly Also ordered livrlly meal. And cooked perfect . Also a shop close by. It was so relaxing

Ordered bed called cot bed.small bed Little one said it was uncomfortable.mattress thin. Only issue as these are fold up beds i guess 1 night on it is ok 2nd issue is have far the room was from the reception and bar and pool area. Was corridor after. Corridor after Corridor and stairs and ramp. It was a mission. But I was worth it

Plenty of parking, even if it’s in the overflow car park. Staff are friendly and helpful when asked. Room is a good size, comfortable, with air conditioning (which I used), Kettle with Tea, Coffee and Chocolate sachets to choose from also biscuits. TV with good selection of channels. Good size bathroom with shower over the bath. Chambermaid service every day including emptying the bins each time. My son (who was in the room next door) and I were staying here whilst attending the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, so we didn’t use any of the other facilities offered, Restaurant, Bar or swimming pool.

Very well equipped and pleasant environment. Great staff. Booking system worked very well. Great breakfast choices,especially on weekdays when it seems to be better-staffed (& table-service of hot drinks, which wasn’t evident on Sunday). Very effective aircon in the rooms and also windows that open a reasonable distance if one prefers. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. Room design is very clever - because the bathroom is opposite the entrance rather than alongside it, and the entrance is near the corner, you don’t get that corridor-effect & the rooms feel very large. Water chillers everywhere, working.

Aircon is a bit loud for some people, when it cuts in. Not enough car parking in the designated hotel / management-centre car-parks; car park three is poorly signed and has lots of disabled spaces on one side which were empty: I had to park in the hall of residence car park on the way in, and leave a note in my windscreen. It’s not far away but it was 01:30 a.m. when I arrived !

Extremely helpful and professional team. I had a delivery arrive and sent it eh wrong building. The team organised pick up and delivery to the correct location within hours. They went above and beyond as the delivery was needed for a presentation.Wi-Fi was great - really fast and easy to connect to.

Breakfast was buffet style and the hot selection was a bit basic. I did appreciate that it was constantly replenished and hot so even when I came down for breakfast it was hot and the full selection was available. The bar and restaurant team where efficient and friendly.

Nice, clean and very well equipped room, including ironing board and iron, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Very good, fast WiFi. Friendly and approachable staff. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was very good - buffet style. Tea and coffee machines in the lounge area.

Lack of proper heater in the room, you can only heat up using an air con unit. It is very noisy and dries the air inside, impossible to have it running at night. Room was not cold, as the radiator inside the bathroom and good insulation helped to keep the room warm, but if you are "constantly cold" type of person, then you may struggle during cold months. Room door lacking sealing - leaking light from the corridor through and not sound proof at all. Swimming pool was out of order when stayed there - bit of a shame.

We stayed here as we had tickets for the Reggaeland festival. It was about 20 min drive with onsite parking. It was easy to find. And compared to other hotels a similar distance away this was by far the most reasonable priced hotel. Room was spacious and clean. We requested an extra bed for my 10 year old nephew to sleep on. Shower was good. Bed was really comfy - just what you need after being on your feet all day at a festival. Breakfast was good, recommend including that to your stay. Lots to choose from.

All of the staff are friendly, take time to help and enhance the already exceptional environment. The breakfast choices are great and the place is exceptionally clean. The bar menu was good. The food is beautifully presented and tasty. I had a flavoursome curry one night, a bespoke fish fingers and chips another night, and a duck hoisin wrap that was deliciious. My room was delightful, comfortable and with good facilities, including aircon, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. The guest information booklet is exceptionally extensive. It covers everything in an easy to understand format. The grounds are lovely and well kept.

I found nothing needing attention.

On arrival we did get a little lost as there was some roadworks blocking the main route to the building. Once we arrived parking was clearly signed, the reception was quick and got us out key cards and clear with instructions for us to get to our room. Once in the room we was both impressed with the cleanliness and how updated it was as well as it having a little mirror on the dressing table that you can move around to do hair make-up etc. the water machines on each floor was a nice touch and the bar food however was top tier!

I wish we was made aware when arrived that breakfast was available in the mornings as I didn't know and didn't see it hiding in the corner until later so we went for a 7am search for food in the city centre. I do wish there were glasses in the room and maybe a sign to show this was available on the floor as I went all the way to reception to ask for water.

There was road works which we encountered diversions, but we found the venue eventually. The breakfast had a good variety which was good. didn't stay for dinner. A bonus there was shower gel/ hair shampoo but unfortunately the container had not been filled up, so it was good that I always bring my own, for reasons like this. There was tea, hot chocolate machines and free cold drinks available for all, throughout the hours which was good as we got back quite late from a reggae festival. The staff was approachable and friendly. The room was comfortable quite small for two people sharing, had a desk and tea making facilities, trousers press, hair dryer which was ideal. Overall for me the room was great for one night, two or more nights ideal for one person only, not two people. The Centre is a good size building. for the event which I attended I found it was a bit of a distance. The free parking was brilliant, a number of spaces were available having security cameras, barriers which put my mind at ease. Overall I was very happy with the premises.

No shower gel in the bathroom, that was the only down fall for me over the weekend
