Oh we have a lovely experience at the Luton vale ,all I can say is that it’s very nice although the main entrance is having work done to update it at presents that didn’t put me off booking as this was explained before booking and just being married couple they gave us 2 small bottles of wine which was lovely.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like ,it was just the timing of booking due to the work going on we couldn’t go in the main entrance so used a side door which had indicated and first floor to reception which there using as temp was while the work is going ahead and they explained everything - Just the £10 to park could have been put on the site when booking as I thought this was included on the booking but any further hours parked longer than 24 hours I knew I had to pay for.

Great location, good aircon and comfy and spacious room. All check in staff were most helpful and overall the experience exceeded expectations. The restaurant was good, particularly helpful that breakfast is available from 06:00.

We could have been unlucky, but the evening staff at the restaurant were pretty clueless and disorganized leading to long wait times for tables, menus, drinks and food. They were all pleasant and friendly but the service was lacking. One staff member even seemed confused by asking for a steak to be cooked medium-rare! Also being charged £10 for parking seems a little steep to me when you have no alternatives.

Actually the hotel gave us more than our expectation, in general, at first instance, from the reception staff who received us with a warm welcome, guide us in every aspect. The housekeeping were provide all needed. The toilet was big enough and have all the facilities. The kitchen either, food was testy, the view of the canteen nice view looking to the garden. The location of the building was quiet, situated little bit out side the town.

Only one thing, I came across to my expectation is Internet line, didn't work ?

The reception is welcoming, lovely decor. Nice seating, calm relaxing environment. A mirror that is the right height for use while seated at the dressing table. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, anticipating my every need. Maria, at breakfast service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt very well looked after, thank you

Ice vending machine broken but bar staff helpful and gave me ice. No outside dinner service in the pleasant outdoor area, but no one objected to us taking our meal outside, once served.

Large car park so parking not a problem - must rememner to register reg number at reception when paying for parking. Large comfortable twin room - very large single beds! Plenty of storage. Clean and tidy. Staff all pleasant with smiles and welcomes, all very happy to help. Breakfast was continental and had enough choices for all, lots of options and a good coffee too!

Complimentory shower products and lotion etc very plain and lacking in fragrance, so didnt use, very glad I had packed my own! No main light in the room, only lamps which gives lots of shadowing if getting ready without daylight - the bathroom lighting was great for this tho but my mother did not like having to get ready without suitable main lighting. Once the sun is up and curtains open - plenty of natural light from the beautiful large windows.

Upon arrival the staff were super friendly. They made my check in experience such a stress free one. Lovely girls in reception desk. They went above amd beyond to facilitate my stay. The bar man James was so pleasant and very friendly also. I have travelled quite a bit and this hotel has been one of the warmest most friendliest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. I definitely will recommend and give the overall stay a very big 10/10. Beautiful hotel, everything you could imagine facilitated for everything you could need.

Easy check in, great breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and tidy. I especially want to commend Maria for her hosting skills, friendliness and her smile! She really started off my morning well! Additionally, Yayang was friendly and efficient when I came to pick up my laptop - thank you to your lovely staff.

I was very impressed from the moment I had my first interaction with the receptionist. The attentiveness of all the employees in fulfilling every request, along with the warm welcome, truly stood out. I especially want to thank Mrs. Maria for the warm greeting she gave each morning at breakfast. It’s always a pleasure to encounter such a place, and I’ve always believed that "people make the place." I will definitely return with love and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Dinner was very good - much better than I expected - my thai curry was clearly cooked freshly with good ingredients. Staff were very helpful and obliging - on the front desk and staff in the restaurant and bar.

Breakfast was a buffet and very crowded - the choice of buffet was good but there was a lot offered in a small area - the day I was there there were lots of children trying to make waffles and make coffee with a machine that only makes one coffee at a time. Breakfast itself was ok but simple.
