The bed was very comfy and it was clean to a standard. Wish I could take the mattress home in king-size! The location was good, its a shame free parking is not available. It does get a little noisy with the pubs nearby but I got a decent night's sleep anyway. Moi is brilliant and made us feel so welcome and all the staff I spoke to were very friendly.

There's not a kettle or hot drink facilities in the room but there are plenty of nearby shops and there are additional charges to get the room cleaned and for early and late check out. Only 1 pillow is avaliable but the receptionist was able to accommodate all my requests that I asked for.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained and clean, at first my room didn’t had a working the AC but I talked to the receptionist on duty and he changed my room. By the way, I want to leave my big thank you to the receptionist, he was so kind and respectful and totally made everything possible to make me comfortable and happy!

The lift needs to be updated as is quite old, but it does work just fine, just the aesthetic of it and the shower drain has a funny smell which let the whole bathroom smelling funny, but I believe is nothing to do with cleaning and more with the drain system. Apart from it, all met expectations and description.

I only stayed from 3pm until 3am so a little difficult to comment. The hotel is very close to the railway and bus stations, like just a few minutes walk. Also there is a good shopping mall just a few minutes walk from the hotel in the opposite direction and plenty of places to eat. The room was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of noise from other guests either arriving or departing, I believe the noise was when the interconnecting doors close they make a little bang, though my room was next to one of the interconnecting doors, so I suppose it would be a good idea to have a room in the mid corridor not close to the inter connecting doors

Not our first stay, so we knew what we were getting for our money; friendly staff, a clean room, good shower and a convenient location for an early dash to the airport. Decent size TV. For £40 you get a cheap, no frills room, 2 minutes from the railway station, shops and bus links. Expect no more and you will be happy with your choice. There is a 24 hour bus service to the airport (route A) just a 2 minute walk away. It's half the price (and closer) than the over priced, Parkway link. They also offer early/late check-in or out for a small charge.

Nothing really. The room is small, a bed, a chair and en suite. Some rooms do not have a window. On the day we checked in, the lift was out of order. Seeing that we both would find the stairs difficult, the guy at the reception (without complaining or asking) gave us a free upgrade to a lower floor.

I spent only one night in this hotel. The staff was friendly. They allowed me to check in an hour early. That was great. They brought me to my room. They explained everything to me. The staff was top-notch. ROOM FACILITIES The bed was big. It was comfortable to sleep in. The sheets were fragrant and the towels were also clean. There was a TV in the room, which was nice. BATHROOM Perfect size for one night. The main thing is that it was clean and mold free. I had a bit of a problem with setting the right water temperature, but got everything sorted out. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT Two words - really fast.

One annoying thing happened, I don't know how it could have happened, but the smoke detector started blaring in the room around 11-12 o'clock at night and didn't stop for several minutes. When it started, I was about to go to bed because I had to get up early the next day to catch my flight. Then I heard it as an employee (don't know the name, sorry) and checked the rooms. He didn't get to me. Never mind. Because I can't give 10 stars. Although very happy to. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I'm in Luton.

I had a wonderful stay at CiTi Hotel London Luton. The room was comfortable, and the hotel’s location is very convenient. The overall experience was great, and the staff's hospitality truly made it memorable.The hotel is within walking distance of Luton Station Interchange, making it easy to catch buses and trains to various locations, including a direct route to Luton Airport in just 10-15 minutes. There’s a variety of restaurants around the hotel, so you don’t need to travel far to find good dining options. The Luton Mall is also very close by, providing access to shopping, services, and entertainment just a short walk from the hotel.

Great location in city centre, 2 min walk to shops, bars, restaurants etc. with parking (£8/24hrs) just 1 min walk away from the hotel in a pedestrian area of town. Nice clean en suite, comfortable bed. The receptionist Farim? I think? was extremely welcoming friendly and accommodating proactively resolving a query I had about my booking he gave 5* service. I would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the area.

nothing to dislike

The best welcome. Friendly, helpful, and smiley gentleman on reception. CiTi is placed very conveniently for trains, buses, shops, and eateries on the edge of town. It is all recarpeted and redecorated inside and very clean. My room was small, but everything was to hand, and again, very clean. Very good value for money. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

The building is old, and the sash window has been painted shut, so I couldn't open it. The hotel is budget so there are no teamaking facilities in the room, however, it is close to everything so you can go out and get a hot drink.

Open almost 24 hrs, decent amount of shampoo and shower gel, staff is always friendly and helpful, perfect location 🙂

The light in my bedroom was going on and off by itself, hot chocolate from the wending machine was not sweet at all. Make sure door is properly shut after exiting, it looked like its closed, but found out after double checking that it wasnt. Needs another sign near the lifts showing the way to the reception instead of room numbers only and no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Location was perfect opposite a euro car park that has 24 hour parking for just £5. Right next door to a pub and literally 2 mins walk to the shopping centre. Nice Dove shampoo and body wash was provided in the shower. Exceptional for what I paid. I actually liked the idea of a room with no window, I had no noise from the town because of this and had a good night's sleep.

The bed was slightly too firm. But that's my personal preference.
