After reading many reviews, I hesitated for quite a while before deciding to book a room at the Stuart Hotel. You can always look at the glass as half empty — but I chose to see it as half full. While it’s clear the Stuart Hotel has seen better days, it still has quite a bit to offer. One of its strongest points is the location — just a few hundred meters from the City Hall. The room I was given was thoroughly vacuumed, and both the bedding and towels were clean and almost new. A few small stains on the carpet didn’t bother me beyond a minor aesthetic impression. The room was also equipped with a kettle and a full selection of coffee, tea, and all the usual extras. What truly stood out was the staff — definitely one of the hotel’s greatest assets. The front desk team was consistently friendly and helpful, and the room service regularly checked in to make sure guests had everything they needed. I genuinely felt well cared for throughout my stay. Light sleepers might find the hotel’s location next to a main road a bit of a challenge, but a good pair of noise-canceling earbuds easily solves the issue. Next time I’m in Luon, I’ll definitely consider booking here again.

Washing the thick, elegant curtains would bringing a fresher feel to the room — they’re lovely, but clearly in need of a refresh. It’s also worth noting that the room faced a busy road, which occasionally attracted nuisance riders with loud, modified exhausts. While this didn’t ruin my stay, it might be a consideration for light sleepers.

Very welcoming. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating .The lobby is lovely to sit in and the room itself was perfect for what I needed. I missed my flight to Istanbul and needed a bed for the night so I could catch my amended fight the next day. I'm glad I stumbled upon Stuart Hotel as it was close enough to the airport and shops to offer a convenient stay for a good price. Next time I'm in Luton this will be my first choice.

No way of heating food in the hotel room. The staff were happy to assist however.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and we were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We were able to quickly and easily get to the airport for our flight the next morning. The staff do everything in their power to make sure you have the best stay possible especially Stella, what an amazing asset to the hotel she is. I booked in for a week and intended on moving on to a different hotel but I ended up staying for 3 weeks as my stay was better than I had expected. The location is perfect, close to the mall, shops, restaurants and pubs.

There's nothing I disliked about the hotel.

It was a great value for the price. It’s located in a convenient area and the staff were polite and helpful. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on the basics, this is a solid choice. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable rooms, quite large in floor area! Great shower & decent-sized bath. Air conditioning/heating working. Fantastic close location for catching flights from Luton as it’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Could do with much thicker curtains on the windows to conserve heat and darken the room. Also, the window sills need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Maybe noise cause near highway but to be honest price and proximity of airport makes it perfect

the staff were without a doubt the most caring wonderful people I could wish for given my trip reasons. the property itself is not wonderful but extremely cheap. staff more than made up for any slight concerns I may had with facilities. such caring wonderful people. thank you so very much ❤️

it’s unfortunate that to get there you should take a taxi given it’s unsafe to walk after dark in the given area.

The staff were amazing and the location was convenient. The beds were comfortable, linen clean and kettle with coffee, tea available. I loved that we had a bath.

The lights are poor , we could lay in bed to read as the small lights are on the opposite side of the bath, the windows need to be double glazed.

Almost most of the things were good

but as we had many heavy luggage and your elevator was not working and we had to go to 3 floor this was literally hell .There was a girl on reception that helped alot but according to me its not her duty there have to be a man for luggages.
