Beautifully furnished, good breakfast, quiet, excellent staff

Guests had to pay £12 to park overnight. In my opinion, this should be waived.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard at Luton Airport and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the terminal. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to Goda, who was outstanding throughout my visit. She was friendly, hardworking, and went out of her way to be helpful, making me feel truly looked after. It's rare to find such genuine service, and it really made a difference to my stay. Thanks to Goda and the rest of the team, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

I did not have breakfast as I left at 4.00 on the morning. I had the chicken chow mein which was good but rather plain. The chicken was like chicken nuggets and the broccoli was served as a raw decoration rather than cooked with the dish. I think it was overpriced for what it was. It was good to be able up pick up the tray and take ba k yo room .

The food and the shower. I also dud not manage to get the phone answered by front desk until I rang for the third time. The literature said that the bus over the road from the hotel went 24 hours a day, bit no indication how often. We were told to ring "Guest Services" re meal but no "Guest services" listed on phone.

Everything was perfect from reception, room looked great and was super clean, we went for a dinner in their restaurant and waitress was very nice, took order very quick, food was really excellent and portions very generous...also very close to the airport

While eating in restaurant the bartender was breaking glass every few minutes, not sure if she was breaking an empty bottles or by accident but it was really disturbing while you eat your dinner and somebody literally smack the glass behind your back...other than that everything was really excellent

No shuttle service to the airport We booked a taxi to the airport terminal the night before, through the reception. In the morning we asked the person at reception how would we recognize our taxi and she said she will identify it and notify us. Finally, she pointed us to the first taxi that came along, that turned out to be the wrong taxi, which had been booked by someone else. This taxi took us towards a business center in Luton but fortunately I realized after a few minutes that it was going in the wrong direction, so it was not too far away and we only lost 10 minutes and the extra fare. This situation of two parties booking taxis for the same time is probably commonplace and the hotel staff must be aware of it.

Clean,modern hotel.Nice ambience.

We were told a bus to the airport stops across from the hotel every 15minutes.We waited in time.At least 2 busses passed us without stopping.It was stressful since we had to be at the airport for check in.Running back to reception for quick advice,there was only one receptionist checking out a flight crew and I was asked to wait.I called a taxi from the reception desk (after I desperately asked restaurant staff for help).The taxi needed 15minutes to come. Finally an Uber took us..I wish we'd book from the first instance.Would've saved a lot of stress/trouble!

The TV. There were some issues with the TV. It takes a lot of time to navigate it. We were trying to open Netflix or Prime Video with our kog ins but took a looong time. Hard to click on things, it works but it's unneccessarily tricky to navigate. Then we asked for help from reception and it was very helpful. We needed to download and app and only then we could only watch stuff from video prime. In total we spent an hour to get a movie running which was too long. Everything else was good.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Marriott Hotel near Luton Airport. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing night before our flight. The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the airport, making it perfect for catching an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a comfortable and convenient option near Luton Airport.

The rooms were really nice, the beds were massive and really comfortable. Lovely walk in showers. Breakfast starts really early, about 4.30- 10.30. Breakfast has lots of options hot or cold. This is the second time we’ve stayed and would definitely stay again. Both times we got parking really easily in the car park out the front, £15 for the day. It’s not far from a retail park, a few mins drive.

Could do with putting more towels in the room. This time they only left 1 big towel and then hand towels, we had to call down for more but they bought them up pretty quick. If you don’t mind spending £3.50 for a can of Diet Coke you may want to bring your own 🤦🏻‍♀️
