Beautifully furnished, good breakfast, quiet, excellent staff

Guests had to pay £12 to park overnight. In my opinion, this should be waived.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now when flying out of Luton and every tome we stay, it is as good as the first time. We always have an eveing meal sat in the bar and its great to see some familar faces within the staff every time we visit.. it says a lot re staff retention in an area that has many hotels... Food is fantastic and the rooms are large with very comfy beds... ideal for a 4 am start for the airport.

Perfect location as used the long stay car park opposite and had a late return flight hence staying. Lovely hotel with very attentative pleasant staff. Room facilities were extremely good. Breakfast was exceptional and very well priced too.

Had pre booked a room for 3 adults. We had a late return flight hence staying. We had to ask for bed covers and make up the sofa bed. Not something wanted to do after a travel but staff soon arrived with requirements. The chairs in the breakfast/ dining area did look somewhat worn which spolit the overall appearance of what is a lovely hotel.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard at Luton Airport and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the terminal. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to Goda, who was outstanding throughout my visit. She was friendly, hardworking, and went out of her way to be helpful, making me feel truly looked after. It's rare to find such genuine service, and it really made a difference to my stay. Thanks to Goda and the rest of the team, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

I did not have breakfast as I left at 4.00 on the morning. I had the chicken chow mein which was good but rather plain. The chicken was like chicken nuggets and the broccoli was served as a raw decoration rather than cooked with the dish. I think it was overpriced for what it was. It was good to be able up pick up the tray and take ba k yo room .

The food and the shower. I also dud not manage to get the phone answered by front desk until I rang for the third time. The literature said that the bus over the road from the hotel went 24 hours a day, bit no indication how often. We were told to ring "Guest Services" re meal but no "Guest services" listed on phone.

We both like this hotel and would definitely return. on arrival it looked very clean, bright and modern. check in was very quick and easy. The room was the same. the bathroom was big with a large walk in shower. the only downside which wasnt anything to complain about was the strange smell in the bathroom tea, coffee and milk facilities with 2 bottles of water were provided. I loved the idea if providing take away cups for a hot drink, i have not seen this in other hotels. There is a fridge and a safe. would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect from reception, room looked great and was super clean, we went for a dinner in their restaurant and waitress was very nice, took order very quick, food was really excellent and portions very generous...also very close to the airport

While eating in restaurant the bartender was breaking glass every few minutes, not sure if she was breaking an empty bottles or by accident but it was really disturbing while you eat your dinner and somebody literally smack the glass behind your back...other than that everything was really excellent

The hotel itself is lovely and our stay was good except for 2 things. Hotel was clean but not sure if our room had not been used for a while as it was dusty which triggered my daughter's allergies.

The staff were helpful especially Hubert, however the other guy on duty with him when we were checking-in was quite rude and l would prefer not to ever have to deal with him again. We also tried to order room service and they said they would call us back in 5 mins and no one did, l had to call them back again like 20 mins later.

No shuttle service to the airport We booked a taxi to the airport terminal the night before, through the reception. In the morning we asked the person at reception how would we recognize our taxi and she said she will identify it and notify us. Finally, she pointed us to the first taxi that came along, that turned out to be the wrong taxi, which had been booked by someone else. This taxi took us towards a business center in Luton but fortunately I realized after a few minutes that it was going in the wrong direction, so it was not too far away and we only lost 10 minutes and the extra fare. This situation of two parties booking taxis for the same time is probably commonplace and the hotel staff must be aware of it.
