Great location to reach Luton airport. The facilities were as described and you have everything you need, although I personally didn’t use the kitchen. When I arrived the heating wasn’t working: I messaged Robert and he replied within minutes fixing the problem!

Everything was fine, it would have perhaps been useful to have a bedside lamp in the bedroom.

I loved the location and accessibility to the mall and train station which was important for this trip because it was leisure visit.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I am typically used to. It was squeaky and not firm enough for my back. Nevertheless, it is manageable

I stayed here twice in a short space of time and have already reviewed my second stay (10-12 Dec 2023). Briefly, it's a convenient location, is clean and comfortable, easy check-in, great communication and has everything you need.

On this particular stay, the radiator in the room was not working efficiently, but when I returned three days later, there was an engineer servicing the heating and everything was fine.

There was tea and coffee facilities in the room . Fresh towels provided. Use of free toiletries. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was very little noise from the road and from other rooms. For value of money this accommodation is a win win ! Better than many higher end hotels I’ve stayed in .

The TVs signal was slow and at times did not work. But many channels BBC i player Netflix Prime

Simple, clean, had everything we needed. Perfect for a 2 night stay. Robert was extremely friendly and responsive, and was very helpful and open to answering our questions. Check-in and check-out also very flexible, so we can go at our own pace.

Refrigerator was off when we came, so our food went bad because we didn't realise it was off.

Needed a cheap clean room near the airport to sleep for a few hours before an early morning flight and this is exactly what we got. Our late arrival / early departure meant we were able to park for free directly outside the front door, with airport the next day only a 5min drive away. Quiet street, quiet house, comfy bed - all good.

Mirror in room would have been handy but shared bathroom right next door so no issue.

The room was lovely and clean bed was comfy the shower was nice and wifi was ok great value for money

parking was a bit of a pain, had a bit of a musty smell from the window and the other guests were a bit noisy but calmed down after 11pm

The room was clean and omfortabke, aswel as the rest of the property. The area was quiet and short distance to the town. The landlord of the property was a phoncall away and very polite and friendly. I would recommend this B&B. 💯 percent

There was nothing not to like everything was as it was described

There have a guest kitchen. You can make your own breakfast. Lunch and dinner. So much better. Best owner. Best manger. Best cleaner. 5 out of 5 stars. You get a smart TV. So you see more things on TV. You don't get bored.

I can not answer that. Everything was amazing.
