The staff are friendly, secure, clean, and value for money

Noise, when other guests walk or talk, you can easily hear them. Around 2 a.m. some guests were walking upstairs and shouting talking, and they woke us up.

This place is better than rated.I was a bit afraid...but what a pleasant surprise! I had the best experience. The staff was super helpful, the room was very clean and got everything I needed; such as a kettle & water, nice towels, tv. The bathroom was also super clean. Overall, I had a good night's sleep . The park opposite is nice for walks. If you want a 5* hotel for this rate in town, then just be realistic. Otherwise, enjoy this place for the great price & location. Maybe not everything is perfect, you need ear plugs if you are sensitive to general noise. I certainly will return.

Firstly, this is our third time to stay at this hotel and we truly enjoy our stay and specifically the service provided Bu the receptionist and hotel manager Mr Aminul Islam Tanim. Mr Tanim on all occasions was formally dressed and readily available to answer our questions and provide assistance when we needed it. He demonstrated responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit. He exhibits strong communication abilities and is also willing to take the lead in a situation when required. The rooms are spacious and you can make tea or coffee in your room, some rooms are better than others, for example, for example, some rooms but not all have a direct phone line . The hotel is confidently located near London Luton Airport and it takes 25 minutes to High Holborn in Central London via train,it takes 40 minutes to get to the City of London by a train. The train stations is a stone thrown away from the hotel To conclude I can only repeat that Mr Aminul Tanim, the manager on duty , was an easy person to talk to and carried himself in a polite, respectable manner. He gave me the impression that he is an ambitious young man with a high learning potential. To be frank it is because of his work we have returned to this hotel and again and again.

Occasionally the hotel guests can be noisy and create disturbance but Mr Tanim has resolved the issues both professionally and without undue delay

My stay at the ATZ&H Inn was fantastic! I flew in late on my first stay and the staff here were so kind and understanding to support my specific requirements. They are super flexible and will support you with all your needs! I loved this stay so much that I came back the following week and will most definitely be coming back again!! Their facilities are well kept and everything is extremely clean and tidy - Hats off to the team I can't thank you enough :)

Everything! Nothing to complain about... view from our room was of a park and it was beautiful...the room was comfortable and clean...lots of tea options and complimentary biscuit snacks. They also had complimentary bottled water for guests in the room...which was a welcome change for us as some other bigger hotel chains that we stayed at in UK didn't have complimentary water in the room. We had a late check in and an early check out and the reception staff were very flexible. All in all we absolutely loved our stay here.

If I really had to nitpick, the bed mattress was a little harder than I am used to but it was still very comfortable with all the cushions and pillows etc.

We loved almost everything, it is clean, warm beautifully kept and we were far more than happy, we will stay again every time we need accomodation handy for Luton Airport. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

There was only one thing that we wernt to happy about. The dining room only serves one kind of food and although it was an excelent standard, the menu is very limited and could do with more choice. Other than that, we cant fault it

+ The beds were comfortable and a decent size. + The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. + The wardrobe had decent storage and there was plenty of shelf space for clothes and towels.

There were a couple of missing amenities (teaspoons, tissues, bath mat, etc) which I didn't have the time to go ask for, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Also I think the previous occupant of the room was a smoker, as there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - this cleared up by leaving the windows open for a few hours.

Ace for the price and close enough to the airport. Room was super clean and the shower good. We checked in well past midnight and someone was there to help as agreed. We WILL book again, thank you!

Like others have said the blinds on our room (ground, front) are not very effective but we got up and left quite early so not a big problem. When we arrived the hotel sign has fallen down so I was lucky to spot it, I am sure this will be fixed. NOTHING here would stop me staying again, it is a good place.

everything! room was great and the staff were friendly. they even offered to phone the taxi for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6:30am

The taxi they called for us arrived on time at 6:30am, proceeded to say his meter was broken, and then upon arrival at the airport charged us 22 GBP. To be clear, getting to the hotel cost 5 GBP and was longer. The trip to the airport was shorter as the hotel is not far away. We questioned it and he said the airport charged him 5 GBP to drop us off and he didn’t explain why the rest of the cost was so much more. We gave him the money but had him write a receipt for us, which we have. The hotel chose the taxi to drive us so it must be noted in the review.
