The room was spacious and clean and really cosy. It had great facilities including an en-suite bathroom, desk and chair and double bed. The kitchen was large with self-catering facilities and a dining table. The staff at reception were very welcoming also.

Not my first visit. I didn't originally plan on staying there but had a bad booking experience in London and didn't want another adventure booking something I didn't know so this was my first choice. Even if that meant travelling all the way to to Luton. Very grateful this place had availability. Staff was super nice helpful as usual and accommodating and I loved that it's got everything from washing machines to big desk to ensuite bathroom to the shared kitchen etc. Rooms themselves are clean, kitchen depends on your neighbours but gets cleaned regularly.
The walls are unfortunately very thin. Plus having to pick up the keys around the corner when you have a lot of luggage is always a bit of a pain but they did everything they could to make it easier for me including offer to keep an eye on my bags and opening the big gate for me so I didn't have to squeeze through the small gate etc. The fact that it's a gated off property is well worth the extra effort one has to go through me thinks :)

Great self contained student accommodations. It's a Uni campus....the accommodation comes with all the expectations one might have regarding living in Uni student housing. Overall excellent value for money, private and super safe and secure
The challenges I faced when I needed to extend my stay....it could have been more streamline. A bit of a messy community kitchen, but hey, it's Uni. Some pungent aroma's on occasion late at night, and I don't think skunks are native to Luton 🦨😜. One disappointment was that the University of Bedford doesn't have a recycling program in place. In addition their carbon footprint with regard to electrical usage can't be good. None of the lights, with the exception of the small en-suite toilet in the room, are on motion detectors or timers. The whole place is lit up all night. All in all a very good experience. I'll definitely come back if the need arises.

Well...where do I begin....firstly I would like to recognize some of the warm hearted members of staff at this property. Amber....she is so kind hearted and customer focused that there isn't a request that she didn't take in her stride and with a smile. She went above and beyond to find a solution to whatever issue or request I had. Arthur....I believe he's the manager of the hotel side of this property. He engaged with all the guests and is ready and willing to answer any questions you may have. Anton.... he's the maintenance technician....that has a solution for any problem that may arise...quickly, quietly and efficiently. Amira....she was working at reception the day I had a problem extending my stay......she resolved the misunderstanding in a polite, prompt fashion, with a smile on her face. So....the actual experience of my 17 nights that I spent at Windsor Hall in Wenlock Court. The whole property is extremely safe...there are three gates / doors that require your pass key that you get when checking in. That's before you use a traditional key to enter your room. Great location...within a 5 minute walk to Luton city centre and public transport into London is fast and relatively cheap. This property has a shared full service kitchen, which was clean, it had all the items you need to stay here "self catering" style. In addition there is an Iceland 2 minutes walk away, plus they can deliver. The room...I had a single room that comes with an en-suite shower and bathroom...very nice...the rooms were built for University students originally. They now rent these rooms out to non students, as the need for student accommodation is less than anticipated. Many students here rent off campus accommodations. There is a clothes hanging area in the built in unit that consists of 5 drawers, 8 cube cubbies, a 2 metre desk area and a chair. The bed is comfy and has a quilt and 2 pillows.

It's student accommodation, so the rooms are a little basic, and functional rather than fancy. But that's fine for me, especially considering the excellent price. It was clean and generally quiet - although I did stay during the summer break, it might be a bit noisier during term time? Free WiFi was excellent and extremely fast. Within walking distance of both train stations in Luton.
If I had to pick anything, I'd say that the shower and bathroom was a little small and cramped. But you're paying £40 a night, so you can't really complain. Generally it represents good value for money.

A simple, very competitively priced accommodation that is located very conveniently for university and town centre. I stayed for two nights for university business. A place to freshen up and sleep in near the uni was all I needed, and Wenlock Court fit the bill exactly. A few places to eat within minutes’ walking distance, and a short walk to Luton Mall and town centre. Staff were very friendly and prompt to address any issues - I was a little cold the first night so requested an extra duvet for the second night which was promptly provided. They also showed me the way to get in the gate, building and the room upon check in, which was very helpful.
Some previous reviews note the kitchen cleanliness and noise levels. Neither of which should be a surprise with the right level of expectation; the building and facilities are part of the university’s student accommodation so it is really like staying in a small student flat with a shared kitchen (I stayed in a room with private toilet and shower). On the first day of arrival the kitchen was already used and a bit messy, but that was expected because someone else lives/stays and uses the facility. On the second day when I came back, the kitchen was very clean - so they do have good regular cleaning in place. As for noise, you can hear neighbours, so I’d recommend that you take good earplugs with you.

Good location, the room and facilities were also good.
The freezer in the kitchen was frozen over and couldn't be used. I reported it and was promised it would be sorted, but nothing happened. I also had to empty the kitchen bin, although there's a cleaning service there.

Really good bang for your buck. Looks bigger than the pics advertised. Massive kitchen. It very close to the city centre, and very secure. everyone gets their own private bathroom. if you can arrange a group of friends that large, then this is definitely one of the best and most affordable options.
wasn't very clean, dust everywhere. the shower had a vague sewage smell

I liked everything in my stay here! It was a very peaceful and quiet area I stayed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You really can see that the staff enjoyed being there, well at least they gave me that vibe and that made my whole stay just simply perfect!
I didn't like the banging of doors, but that's not something what has given me a bad stay!

Nice place to stay, affordable with all facilities needed
For key collection you have to walk around 5 to 7 mins from the postcode, unable to find that location for half an hour and no instructions are given on the booking to collect the keys from other building nor a notice is found on property to guide the guest
