We chose this hotel for our two-night layover based solely on others' recommendations. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted, quickly checked in and assisted with moving our luggage to the room. Understanding that this building is old but renovated is important in my rating. They have done a great job making useful space and the room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was spotless and there was quick and plentiful hot water. We met two reception folks and had a pleasant visit with the owner as well. She made tea and coffee for us and it was all good. The location is quite good for a couple of eateries, a pharmacy and a couple small independent grocers. It is close to the train station and a couple of blocks past that is the downtown area. While it is an old area of town we did not feel uneasy about walking the streets in the evenings and at the train station was the only place I saw a homeless person. The area is insanely diverse. In two days I met and had conversations with people from seven (eight if you include England) different Countries. The hotel was quite nice, the staff was awesome and we'll stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is not a long term stay (no fridge/microwave etc.). That is not a problem, just to let you know. While not in any way the hotel's issue I was saddened a bit by some litter on our walks. On our last morning, the city trucks were picking it all up, but it was a negative as far as the neighborhood is concerned.

The room was clean, and nicely decorated and had the basic refreshments and kettle to heat water. bathroom was nicely done and modern. Door was lockable and kept noise out. Wimdow was flexible for fresh air and closed to keep noise and cold out as needed. I loved how warm and cosy the room was. The Room had everything needed, a desk where I had my meeting in the morning, wardrobe to hang my basic items.

- There was only black tea. It would have been nice to have camomile or something without caffeine at least 1 other option. - The checkout was 10 am - that's ridiculous. At least 11.30 like most places or 12 the latest - why are you rushing to kick people out so fast? - The bedding came off too easily - I slept alone and noticed by morning I was sleeping on the mattress protector. Maybe because it's not fitted sheets so at least the cleaning team should make sure its tight enough not to come out so easily. - There was no info about breakfast or what's available locally - so not sure if this was available or where I was - I arrived straight from the airport.

Easy to find and had some parking around the back of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and modern. Convenient location for Luton Airport with very little noise from the airport or surrounding area. Best nearby restaurant for us was Zandra's, 18 minutes walk away.

The room was very warm and a bit stuffy even though the outside temperature was cold for June. Wasn't sure what to do with the key when we checked out early the next morning to catch our flight, reception doors were locked but someone eventually appeared to take the key from us.

I loved everything about this hotel When we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. After helping us to our room i was suprised how immaculate it was it was. Ok it was bit small but it was so clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfy, the shower was clean hot and powerful there was plenty of soap Lots of tea and coffee one of the best hotels I've stayed in for value Big thank you to the staff for their help.

Nothing If I had to say something then it would be no lift and no proper parking though I did find parking across the road so not a problem.

We had just caught an early flight back to London Luton following a month in Europe. We were very tired having attended the football match in naples the night before and the beers that come with it. I called ahead and asked if it was possible to check in early given that we had just come off a flight from Europe this was no problem for the staff and we checked in around 11am. We were very thankful for this and no doubt wouldn't of been accepted in the nearby ibis and big corporate hotels. This is seemingly family run establishment very clean and modern, we had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Nice comfortable room. With good heating. Close enough to the airport and a short walk from pubs and the town centre.

I picked this hotel because it is advertising a coffee lounge and snack bar. Thought it would be nice for breakfast and chilling out but it was shut and according to local businesses it hasn't been open for a while. Don't advertise something you no longer offer.

This seems to be a well-run hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff. I was expected, the paperwork was ready and my room was very clean, the shower excellent and overall I had all the necessary facilities. I asked to put something in the fridge till morning, and that was willingly agreed. The room window opened for fresh air and after 10.30pm there was very little noise outside, despite the central location, so I slept well. It takes fewer than 5 minutes to walk to the sation and there are a few shops, two pubs and a cash machine on the street. There is even a small, quiet square nearby where people feed the pigeons! I would recommend this hotel, especially for short stays for business nearby or for using the rail station. I have arranged to stay again for a night on my return to the UK.

My partner had to stay due to public transport strike. He advised that it was under refurbishment and the bathroom was brand new and a delight! 5*. Brand new carpets. Bed was comfortable.

He needed some sparkling water and left the hotel to find a shop. A few yards from the hotel a car stopped and asked if he wanted cocaine…. The hotel was clean and he had a great stay - but the interaction was unsettling. Only criticism he had.

Great location of the hotel within short walking distance to the bus and train station. The room was clean and although it was not huge it had everything we needed including cofee/tea making facilities. We arrived in the evening by train and were leaving early morning by bus and so were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay overnight close to the station. This condition was fulfilled plus also checking in and out went smooth and the guy at the reception was nice.

Clean, well located hotel. Near town centre but in a quiet area. Good access to rest of town. As far as hotels go, this is a good one.

For £94 a night it would be reasonable to expect breakfast to be included. It’s just hotels in general I’m not happy with in terms of value for money. You get the most basic accommodation for the most ridiculous prices.
