It was a lovely little stay before a long early morning journey—very nice people, super clean rooms, comfy beds, and a really good pub downstairs. Good selections of food and a nice atmosphere. Moon something beer put me right to sleep. Luckily, we woke up on time. :) It's been a few times we have stayed there, and we will stay again. Very convenient access to the airport, just a few minutes drive to the long stay car park.

Nothing from my perspective, but I did not stay there purely for pleasure, just for an early flight. The area looked quite interesting to discover - the very funny road leading to the place, the most comfortable access is from Luton town, the road suggested by navigation is relatively narrow, we made it through in one piece, including the car ;)

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially when it came to adding an additional night they managed to keep us in the same room to save messing about moving. The room was small but just enough for myself and my daughter. We ordered a breakfast for our last morning and it was beautiful would definitely recommend pre-ordering.

The beds were ok just a bit squeaky and creaky when moving around in bed at night. Could have done with slightly softer beds. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and the sink was very close to the toilet.

I booked this just as a place to sleep the night before a flight from Luton.Only booked it because it was cheapest.Was surprised how good it was.4 of us enjoyed a pleasant evening in the pub.The food was exceptional.Home cooked fare with good size portions.Thecaribean twist on specials was nice.I had large plate of sausage mash and onion gravy for under £10.All our meals were good quality and we watched live football on a big screen before retiring for a good night's sleep in clean comfortable rooms.We didn't have breakfast as we were up early to the airport which was only 10 minutes away.The staff were all friendly and polite,all in all an excellent result when we were only looking for a bed for the night before our flight.

Nothing to dislike.Was very surprised at the value we got,always thought anywhere close to London was much more expensive.

We arrived out of hours, very late. The staff were lovely and helpful, both in providing clear instructions to access the room, and allowing us the check out an hour late. The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the airport - just the roads are very narrow so you need to take care when driving in the dark. Strong WiFi and super comfy beds were another big plus.

The only small disappointment is that the kitchen only opens at midday, so breakfast isn't available. I'd have happily paid a bit extra, as I was very hungry in the morning! However, Deliveroo does work in the area.

Friendly staff, good value, nice food in the pub and lovely views over fields (we saw a deer). Useful to be able to park down the road for a flight. Not far from the airport and easy to get taxis there.

We stayed with our young children on a Saturday night before an early flight and it was very noisy . There was a quiz night on and our bedrooms were above the toilets so you could hear toilets flushing, doors slamming and hand dryers. Beds were very creaky and a bit uncomfortable.

I love the age of the hotel, it had low ceilings and beams, the bar area was relaxed and comfortable, they had karaoke on the Friday night. I found all the staff were friendly and chatty, the chef, kevin, especially so. His evening meals and breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. The rooms were small and comfy, with tea and coffee facilities with a small shower room

The bath towels were a little small. There were also no long mirrors in any of our groups' rooms,

Arrived and directions perfect. Parking Ample, found reception using the clear signage and the receptionist was amazing. We said we were off to Prague and she gave us loads of tips on where to go and how to get to the city centre. Evening Meal the bar manager advised us that we were going to order too much food so we had a shared platter starter and followed by a shared main course. even that was more than enough and really well cooked.

Access roads to the hotel are awful. There may be a better way, but my sat nav sent me from Hitchin down loads of single track farm roads that were very busy, so lots of pulling into bushes to let people past. The weather wasn't great so these roads were flooded If there is a better route from either direction they could do with putting this on the booking instructions.I was in a transit van and would not have fancied the flooded roads in a small car

Easy to get to from Luton Airport, get a Bolt taxi and you're there is 10 minutes. Personally I walked to the holiday inn express to order the Bolt as it's a 10 minutes walk and saves you waiting in the airport parking lot. Had a lunch at the King William, beer was good, cider was fresh. The pie was very tasty. Bus stop is 15 minutes walk, Asda is 30 minutes walk. There is a bus stop out side of Asda also. Bus takes you to the train line into London. Staff were nice and professional.
