Great location as we were attending a Wedding at the venue about 400yrds away so a nice and close walk. Added bonus of a fridge and some tea/coffee and cereal too which was lovely thanks.

The place was great, and we had no curfew and could come and go as we pleased. The only downside (again just a personal preference so wouldn't affect everyone) is that the bathroom was on the first floor. We had quite a few bathroom trips as we were out celebrating and drinking a lot all day as we were at a wedding, so it would have been easier to have the bathroom on the same floor! Lovely private bathroom too. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay there again-a perfect night for anyone attending an occasion at Offaly Place. Thank you

Small fridge in the room with milk and orange juice. In the room there were cereals and tea and coffee making facilities. There were 2 of us and we didn't notice until late that there was no tea spoons and only 1 bowl 1 larger spoon. We made it work though!

When we arrived it was late 11pm and the window was open and no heating on - being January the room was freezing. However it did soon warm up, would have been nice after a long drive to arrive to a warm room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, lovely location. Loved the little extras like the orange juice in the fridge!

We booked last minute so it's probably our own fault, but it could have done with a once over with a hoover, bin change, and Web catcher.

Gary and his staff were very welcoming. Food was really nice. Felt like we knew them from day one.

They have a few transitional problems as Gary and his staff have only been there for a few months but I'm sure they will get it sorted out but still very good. This place is lovely and we will be happy to return on many occasions. Lovely quiet retreat in the countryside. 😃👍 You couldn't wish for a better place to stay 👌

Convenient location for our needs. Comfortable, everything we needed on site. Positive attitude of management.

Booking.com failed to provide room preference to host. We had clearly requested a twin and were presented a kingsize double. This was inappropriate for our needs. Management quickly rectified the situation and relocated us. Booking.com should not be putting hoteliers in this position.

This was a budget twin room so we were unsure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Room was clean though a little tired but we were supplied with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge with milk and orange and even breakfast cereal which we've never had even in a more expensive room. Staff were very friendly and we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Facilities included tea, coffee and a fridge. Loved the communal area for a group meet.

The first room bed sheets were not changed after a previous customer left. Corner of the shower had faecal stains. Curtain rail was broken. Clothe/ shelves rack was broken. Door curtain was not able to roll up.

Lovely stay over, we ate at the red lion and the food was exceptional, the landlord and his staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was comfortable and cosy. Would definitely stay there again and would also recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you x

The owner was a very nice guy who was willing to stay late to make sure when I arrived there is someone. The room was very clean. There was a bottle of milk, orange juice and water in fridge, which showed the owner cares about guests and their needs. Also, different cereals, tea, cafe were provided. I think the value for money was great. Thank you!

Everything was great, we were taken to our room by a young lady, she was polite and friendly and helpful, she made us feel welcome. The room was a lovely size and clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Really, it was a great experience. I wish we had time to eat there, but the cereal was really appreciated.
