A very convenient location to stay before a flight from Luton airport. Max 15 min. walk. The room has all things that you might need. My window was facing the little greenery next to the hotel. It didn’t feel like I stayed near an airport. The room was clean, probably needs a refurbishment at some point but still a suitable condition for Ibis. Definitely will come back when needed.

It’s not the worst but I could hear a street noise and planes taking off. It stopped at night, and I had an early morning, so it wasn’t a big issue. Just making a note in case someone needs. Stayed many times in Holiday Inn Express nearby which is literally on the main road to airport, and you wouldn’t hear a beep there.

Staff were helpful, shower, bed, very basic tea/coffee making facilities just ten minutes walk from the airport. If you need snacks or drinks there is bar downstairs and also a WHsmith and M&S as you enter airport. The airport has the Luton dart which can take you to the luton Parkway train station and from there you can go into Luton the town (fine for a day but definitely not 3) or do some exploring further afield if you have time. I'm sure there was a train to St Pancras among lots of other places.

If you're a couple maybe could do with an extra pillow but I was solo so didn't need to ask for one.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It looks really inviting & reception area has a bar & sells other snacks. My room was clean & had everything I needed. It had a chair & bench, shelving & hanging area & TV with a good range of channels. The heater was great & took a little while but heated up the room. It was easy to use & control. There was ample variety of lighting & both bedside lamps worked. The shower was really good too. Only negative was there wasn't a plug near the bed to charge my phone overnight & the duvet was a bit thin. The buses go every 15 mins to the terminal from outside at bus stop on road outside Hilton & takes 5 mins & is £1.90 or a 15 min walk which is uphill but not far.

The location is a short walk to Luton Airport, and the value for that location is excellent. The room itself included a good bed, warm shower, and a TV with the standard British mainstream channels. The staff member on reception was welcoming, and told us about the information we'd need for our stay, including the procedure for checking out, which was helpful as we didn't want to have any issues before an early flight.

The only negative was that the fire alarm went off twice around 10pm, and whilst we weren't asleep yet, we were still startled. Can imagine it would've impacted the score more if we had been asleep before an early flight.

We stayed only for 1 night before super early morning flight in a family room. We had a good stay, although room is quite small - we had 2 big suitcase. There is coffee / tea making facility which is a nice touch. We walked to the airport in the morning (10-15mins with big suitcases) and it was easy but there’s also a bus stop not far from the hotel. We only used the hotel car-park for the drop off. I want to mention the great team at the hotel. I left my sunglasses and a phone charger on the window ledge (behind the curtains) and when I contacted the hotel the following day, they promptly replied they found these items and I was able to collect them when we returned. I was very grateful (sunglasses would be quite expensive to replace). So thank you so much the hotel team 🙏

Location was good - almost as close as you could get to the airport terminal (a 10 min brisk walk or a 20 min walk with a slow toddler in-tow). The staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble and all so cheerful. So helpful when we realised we had accidentally left items in our rooms after check-out, retrieving them and updating us by text that the items were safely stored until our return. When returning in the rain after a late flight to retrieve said items, gave my toddler a chocolate bar and myself a free bottle of water. On arrival day, helped us with car parking.

The car park is so small - not fit for purpose for the size of the hotel - you can't reserve a space and so was a stressful time when we arrived with a tired toddler after a long drive and lots of luggage to find the car park was completely jam-packed. Only by asking at the front desk did we find guests were being directed to park on verges and in disabled bays when all parking spaces were full. It was a bit of a queue and a wait upon arriving to check in at the front desk. The room was freezing - the heating/air con could have been left at a comfortable temperature and not a very thick duvet so went to bed with my coat laid over the top of the duvet hoping that the heater/air con would warm the room up quickly...

It was adequate for the price and my needs. Well located less than 15 mins away from the airport. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced too. Did not try the breakfast on this occasion.

Not a dislike but it would be good if there were shuttles to go to the airport. Even if it's a short distance it could be useful when travelling with heavy luggage.

I liked how welcoming the staff were at all times, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for us to rest in while waiting for our flight the next morning. We had a lovely time just relaxing before going on to relax even more. The food and drinks were really yummy too and a great selection to pick from. It was a fairly quiet hotel and was very peaceful.

The car park, it was a little bit small but it wasn’t awful. Also didn’t like that the only hot beverage choices in the hotel was tea/coffee, no hot chocolate! :( I know some places don’t do it but as a non major tea/ coffee drinker I think it would be something to maybe consider adding as an option. Also the elevator scared me a little every time we thought we were at the floor because it stopped it then decided to add a little jump scare and went down just a tad more. The noise of the showers too were a little extra loud and some people unfortunately for us decided to take very late showers when we had to be up early and all you could hear was the sound of it.

It was warm and inviting when you entered the doors. The reception staff were very helpful and the food had a variety of choices and you could request a tray to take your meal to your room, together with your drinks.

Luton is a very chaotic area of busy roads and bright lights. The hotel shuttle didn't seem to be running door to door and the airport bus to the hotels dropped off on a busy road, which had to be crossed and the hotel walked to. I chose to walk to the airport in the morning for my early flight. It took 10 to 15 minutes. This seemed true for all the hotels.

The breakfast was excellent, check in smooth, friendly and efficient. All staff were excellent and the room very clean.

Water pressure in shower was virtually non existent,no milk in room for coffee but the receptionist was very helpful and gave us more than enough for our needs with a glass of milk. There was only one bsth and hand towel but our very kind housekeeper got another set straight away. Also the main reason for booking this property was the advertised 24 hour restaurant as we didn't know what time we would be getting back to the UK as delays were rife. We were told the kitchens were closed and this was a major disappointment as if we had known would have got something at the airport
