It is an absolutely prime location for flying from Luton airport, especially when the flight is early in the morning. Just a 10 minute walk from the terminal. When I set out on foot at about 5 in the morning, I was surprised to see a massive tailback of cars and busses on the way to the terminal. I don't know if that's normal for that time in the morning, but I was laughing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom good, and there was a kettle with provisions for hot drinks. Don't really need more than that for a one nighter.

I arrived late, was a bit hungry, but found nothing to eat. The restaurant was closed and the only edible stuff was crisps and candy bars at exorbitant prices. There isn't any sort of restaurant nearby, except at the airport, which is close, but I didn't fancy walking there and back in the rain for a bite to eat. If you arrive late, best bring with you a meal deal or similar. I settled for crisps and a granola bar, at the price of that meal deal. The price I paid was excellent value for money, but it was more luck than anything else. I just happened to be flying when the price was good, if you booked ahead, which I did. It's apparently much higher usually, especially if you walk in off the street.

The fact that this was my 4th time at this hotel tells all, clean and comfortable. I feel at home there, friendly staff is certainly a plus. Decent meals available and the pool-table is tempting. Rooms nice and with all I need.

When (seldom) travelling with a big suitcase and leaving early in the morning I would prefer Uber and taxis to take me to the airport, but they obviously don't ,,do" hotels so close to the airport. However the buses are frequent enough and easily accessed. A socket closer to the bed on both sides would be nice (now only one side).

Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. I really liked the shower products. Friendly staff who sorted the keycard issue I was having quickly (this actually involved moving me to another room as I hadn't entered yet). Decent storage space. Within walking distance from Luton Airport, so good if you have an early flight like I did, or if you land late.

Room was pretty small for what I paid (yes, I know, location). Although resolved quickly, the keycard issue was not ideal, especially given I had to go up the stairs with luggage etc. to go back down again.

Super close to Luton airport, loved the breakfast, loads of choice and was very fresh, staff were so helpful and they made sure it was stocked up at all times. The rooms are nice, air con is lovely and actually works, was so nice to have a bath with an over head shower, the shower was the most powerful shower ever!

The bed was so hard, far to firm for us, I felt like it was a budget bed, it wasn’t the usual mattresses I e had before in ibis. Didn’t get a great nights rest purely because the mattress was so firm. Also was only given one pillow each, and no spares in the room, so had ask reception to bring more, which they did, but I feel they should always supply two pillows.

My experience with other hotels in the Ibis chain has always been excellent.

Due to a cancelled connection flight I booked a room at this hotel, not knowing that the airline was reimbursing my accommodation elsewhere. I tried to contact the hotel directly and through booking to obtain a free cancellation, but they didn't even bother to reply. I was completely ignored, my request denied by lack of response, and I was charged. I understand the cancellation policy, however, the room was booked for literally 2 and half hours (the duration of my flight), most likely the room was not even available yet at 9 AM when I had arrived on Luton. I was disappointed with the customer service.

A very convenient location to stay before a flight from Luton airport. Max 15 min. walk. The room has all things that you might need. My window was facing the little greenery next to the hotel. It didn’t feel like I stayed near an airport. The room was clean, probably needs a refurbishment at some point but still a suitable condition for Ibis. Definitely will come back when needed.

It’s not the worst but I could hear a street noise and planes taking off. It stopped at night, and I had an early morning, so it wasn’t a big issue. Just making a note in case someone needs. Stayed many times in Holiday Inn Express nearby which is literally on the main road to airport, and you wouldn’t hear a beep there.

Staff were helpful, shower, bed, very basic tea/coffee making facilities just ten minutes walk from the airport. If you need snacks or drinks there is bar downstairs and also a WHsmith and M&S as you enter airport. The airport has the Luton dart which can take you to the luton Parkway train station and from there you can go into Luton the town (fine for a day but definitely not 3) or do some exploring further afield if you have time. I'm sure there was a train to St Pancras among lots of other places.

If you're a couple maybe could do with an extra pillow but I was solo so didn't need to ask for one.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It looks really inviting & reception area has a bar & sells other snacks. My room was clean & had everything I needed. It had a chair & bench, shelving & hanging area & TV with a good range of channels. The heater was great & took a little while but heated up the room. It was easy to use & control. There was ample variety of lighting & both bedside lamps worked. The shower was really good too. Only negative was there wasn't a plug near the bed to charge my phone overnight & the duvet was a bit thin. The buses go every 15 mins to the terminal from outside at bus stop on road outside Hilton & takes 5 mins & is £1.90 or a 15 min walk which is uphill but not far.

The location is a short walk to Luton Airport, and the value for that location is excellent. The room itself included a good bed, warm shower, and a TV with the standard British mainstream channels. The staff member on reception was welcoming, and told us about the information we'd need for our stay, including the procedure for checking out, which was helpful as we didn't want to have any issues before an early flight.

The only negative was that the fire alarm went off twice around 10pm, and whilst we weren't asleep yet, we were still startled. Can imagine it would've impacted the score more if we had been asleep before an early flight.

We stayed only for 1 night before super early morning flight in a family room. We had a good stay, although room is quite small - we had 2 big suitcase. There is coffee / tea making facility which is a nice touch. We walked to the airport in the morning (10-15mins with big suitcases) and it was easy but there’s also a bus stop not far from the hotel. We only used the hotel car-park for the drop off. I want to mention the great team at the hotel. I left my sunglasses and a phone charger on the window ledge (behind the curtains) and when I contacted the hotel the following day, they promptly replied they found these items and I was able to collect them when we returned. I was very grateful (sunglasses would be quite expensive to replace). So thank you so much the hotel team 🙏
