This is hands down one of the absolute best hotels I've stayed in!! Everything was perfect, from the decor to the ambiance to the service to the food and complimentary refreshments. The bed was so comfy and the customer service is top notch. All the staff and I mean all were friendly and helpful, especially Neeraj at the reception and Irene in housekeeping. Location is 100% too with close proximity to bus and train station, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend 👌

I loved everything about this place..if I had to pick one thing though, I would say the refrigerator. It was only mildly cool never cold. My colleagues had the same complaint so must be a hotel thing. Also there were no cable or satellite channels only 3 BBC channels. But these are minor and did not in anyway make my stay any less enjoyable.

It was the first time I booked a room here and it was accidental. I was a little bit anxious but turned out to be a nice, cosy, and welcoming place. The booking and checking in process was easy and quick, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room, a bit smaller than I expected but absolutely functional and very clean.

Honestly, I was not very impressed with the location (Luton) but the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the train station and that is extremely practical. I may not be very interested in the specific area, but if I will have the chance of finding other Sadie hotels, I would definitely book and/recommend it. 👍🏽

This is a great value and very central hotel for a night...... Excellent service and friendly staff, it's a very central location is perfect for the station, shopping, bars and other amenities, parking on site also a bonus in the town centre, but its limited.

Let's be honest it's right in the middle of an industrial town sandwiched between 2 roads and a railway..... don't expect too much, it's clean, modern, has a nice bar area and is great value and central..... does what it says on the tin, but it's in Luton so keep expectations low and you'll be happy!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for wandering around Luton. The food in the restaurant was really tasty with very fast service. Good selections of tea and coffee but couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine.

The mirror light in the bathroom wasn't very easy to work out. I think it was powered by an underfloor switch which wasn't working very effectively. i.e. it turned on and off a randomly.

The breakfast we superb. Freshly cooked to order and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were spotless and beds/pillows really comfortable. Car parking was a great bonus and really easy and secure.

A big disturbance and inconsiderate guests next door - all night talking and laughing. Our door bell was rung at 5am. Finally after 2 attempts they were asked to leave by security. It really upset our sleep.

Although the hotel did not have exceptional views, the hotel was modern, clean and had a great central location. The room was nice but small.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and after traveling for 18 hours, it was difficult to relax. There was a lot of noise Saturday night from outside.

Location is absolutely a plus right next to the train station, a 2min walk and that's it. Also a lot of shops around to get everything you need, even at late hours. Entertainment in the neighbourhood is also something i didn't expect to be there as much as there was so actually a nice surprise to have. Housekeeping was also top notch, making sure everything was replenished and clean again. Very good climate control as well with a combined heating/aircon vent able to adjust with a touchpad on the wall. something that noticed me is that i think they did a lot of renovations recently since it was all very modern.

Not much space for parking, luckily i went in the off season because with all rooms booked in high season i can't imagine they would ever have enough spaces for everyone, and in the direct neighbourhood it isn't easy to find any free parking. Also it is located at a busy road, so every now and then a sports car passes by with a loud engine/exhaust which you hear even on the top floor. Not something i personally thought was a bad thing but still to keep in mind is that the pictures on their site must be for a suite since my room was maybe half of that, not to mention the bathroom being a lot smaller but still comfortable and not at all too small, but still a bit disappointing when you've seen the pictures and then open the bathroom door.

Reception staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Our room although clean and had good facilities was very stuffy so we put the air con on. Unfortunately this was very noisy so we didn't sleep well at all. We stayed 2 nights and couldn't wait to get home to have a decent sleep. The breakfast staff weren't very willing to help, they stood looking at us rather than approaching to see if we needed help with anything. Also the cups, bowls and plates were hidden underneath the counter, not within easy reach. Also the dark coloured cutlery is not appealing at all. The knives in particular are not fit for purpose. These really need to be changed.
