Brilliant hotel. I selected it based on location near the airport car park. (It's just a 10 minute drive) and price. Didn't expect much, but I was amazed at what I found. Seems to have had a recent update and is really nice.

The e mail i got after I booked that said If o cancelled, i would have to pay a fee even though it was meant to be free cancellation. OYO Hotels charge a non-refundable fee which helps us run our listing on third party channels and offer services as 24/7 support on your trip and processing the payments

Close to a bus stop for transport. The hotel staff were cheerful and very helpful. Easy to walk into Luton town centre and the football ground is within walking distance

The hotel could do with updating, the rooms are basic and the reception area didn't have much seating. No information in the room regarding bar times or if there were any options for breakfast. No glass or disposable mug to use in the bathroom.

When I arrived, Umar was at the reception and he was absolutely wonderful. He greeted me warmly with a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome. He asked about my room preference, and when I mentioned I needed a double room to rest after a long day at work, he kindly arranged a very nice one for me. My stay was truly comfortable, and I’m grateful—thank you!

Nothing to note

Family room all clean n tidy, 3 bottles of water provided, soap, shower jel it was good value for money

Shower, we couldn't remove it from holder so it was bit uncomfortable and I wish extractor fan doest not turn on with the bathroom light, it was bit annoying but most of the hotels have extractor connected with light so not sure if this is how they are supposed to be.

The location was good for me as could get to places where my family were like easy motorway connection the lady at reception was really helpful and was so polite and helpful made us feel welcome

The room was basic no chairs or table only a bed to sit on or sleep in to watch tv also no phone to contact reception in the room

Quality room and bathroom. Very smart, very clean

Not many channels programmed on the TV but maybe just my unfamiliarity with it. The external lighting was not so good. There was a guy creeping about around the cars in the dark when I was parking. Turned out he was just having a smoke and he went in to his room. lol. Get more lights!

Value for the money

The fact we got room service without our knowledge since we're vegans we had pork on our plates. The receptionist did not tell us we'd be getting room service we thought we would come down to the restaurant to have breakfast. Otherwise all good I'll definitely come again

Location just right for visiting our family as they are in luton,dunstable and Houghton regis

Bit was a shame the restaurant and bar wasn't open ,but refurbishment is necessary in all places ,

A very good hotel with excellent service. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and professional. My room was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

It was very nicely decorated and room was clean. Checked into a twin room. Beds were new and comortable. Room looked beautiful. Free Parking facility is plus point for this hotel.

We have to grab the food from outside as the restaurant was closed.
