Breakfast was exceptional. Plant based sausage and bacon was available upon request. As well as non dairy milks so we were pleasantly surprised. The reception team and the manager were very helpful and fixed our issues immediately. The manager was kind and courteous and was happy to help in any way he could. Great location and we were able to park which was great. Ideal for easy links to London. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on at any hotel.

Two very personal comment that wouldn't effect a lot of visitors. It would be good if there was a board explaining what options were available for non meat eaters as we asked for a Vegan sausage and only much later found out that there were other options too. Which we were not told about when enquiring. The gym had no cleaning facilities and isn't the same as it looks in the photo so I was unable to train as I had planned. I needed the gym as part of my stay for work purposes but had to go to use a different facility. The communal areas such as the reception sofas and the hall carpets could do with a deep clean too. Nothing too major though and as I mentioned these are very personal preferences.

The location for someone on holiday the location was a bit of a toss up. It's a very short walk to the Watford Junction railway and bus stations and the Harry Potter Experience bus stop, but there wasn't much else to do in the immediate area. The lobby was lovely, with a warm "sprawling shops" feel that laughs in the face of the stark corporate chic designs usually seen in franchise hotels.

My room safe batteries died in the middle of the night so it beeped loudly at me to change them. I put a pillow over it and muddled through until morning. The hotel did handle it promptly the next morning, but on the back of a long, exhausting holiday having my sleep badly interrupted sucked.

The closest hotel to Watford Junction station, extremely convenient for getting to the tube. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you can visit the Warner Bros. Studio Tour nearby. A large shopping mall is just a five-minute walk away, along with plenty of small and large grocery stores. There are also some local pubs in the area. Hotel has parking, which makes away the problem to find parking if you traveling by car.

There’s not much I didn’t like. The rooms aren’t very well soundproofed, so you can occasionally hear noise from the corridor or neighboring bathrooms.

The facilities are amazing including bar, reception and room. Loved coffee machine fridge beds and the decore was nice. Extra perks like rope slippers condiments tea milk etc. Felt comfortable.

Staff was rude. Spoke to staff on different occasion about cleaning room and parking. Wanted room cleaned and or sheets changed. Was told to make them aware at reception. Made them aware and still wasn't done had to change them myself. Parking wasn't free. £12 a day is a bit much and wasn't made aware of this before arrival. Apart from. That it would have been a 10 10 all rounder.

The location was excellent for us to travel in the car directly from the Warner Studios, then we were close to the train station to travel into central London. Made it easier when travelling with children. Parking option was convenient and location was easily accessible to the M1. Staff were very friendly and the room was tidy.

We wouldve preferred a twin bed option in the room for 3 people. As an insomniac I cannot sleep with another person and found the pull out bed not appropriate for an adult. It was very uncomfortable. Also, we booked breakfast and wouldve appreciated some vegan alternatives to the sausage and bacon.

breakfast was well served, staff were lovely, and it was great to have the Olympics on. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable, staff are able to get me a quiet room away from the lift. Only little thing Aircon was very loud, and when you use the hot water in the shower there wasn't a lot of power - but apart from all that it was good room 315.

couple of things I didn't like - not being told that I was being charged to have my evening meal brought to my table ( receptionist to take off my bill) everyone was really friendly, however on my last night of eating in the hotel my meal was wrong, it did get change very quickly which was great. on my first two nights of staying in the hotel I was served by your colleague called Grace - who is an absolute credit to your company

We came early and left our bags in the luggage area. It was VERY secure. Check in was fantastic and gave my daughter a option to pick something free from a list orange juice, crisps, chocolate coin etc. she picked chocolate coin and was very happy. We were then shown to the lift and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Reception rang within 10mins to check our room was ok, which i think is great service and isn’t something you get everywhere. The bar was very clean and service was fantastic when we went for a drink and to get the famous chocolate coin. Breakfast was amazing. Table was all set and the young man who showed us to our table explained everything to us. My daughter had pancakes made for her and she was very happy when they were the shape of minnie mouse. Everything you would want at breakfast and takeaway cup if you wanted to take one. Amazing hotel and extra extra amazing staff, every one of them.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and modern inside and felt like it had recently been refurbished perhaps. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, warm, modern and comfortable. We were given an executive room which was a bonus. Dont expect a view, it’s car parks and walls but that’s ok. Car parking was super easy, we have a blue badge and were right outside the door. It was a great location for us, not particularly pretty but 40 mins back from the centre of London in the evening was ideal. We would stay here again .

The breakfast wasn’t fabulous. It was ok and did the trick though with the usual buffet on offer. The restaurant is light, modern and clean and it was fairly quiet but the food wasn’t the best. My son found a large piece of plastic in his orange juice which with him being autistic could have caused him some problems but he handled it very well. It was his birthday too! I reported it to the staff and they apologised but didn’t seem to do anything else such a check the juice or tell a manager. They may have done so after we left. That was a shame as it shadowed a lovely overnight stay.

Very friendly polite staff from the start which continued thoughout our stay with every staff member we met.Beautiful,clean and comfortable room,was a warm night so had the windows open all night and thankfully there was no major traffic or anything else to disturb our sleep. Breakfast was perfect and great value for money especially as my daughter ate for free,so much choice even for the fusiest of kids,the buffet cooked breakfast was perfect. Location absolutely brilliant as literally a minutes walk from Watford junction train station with great connections to London and the pick up point for the Harry Potter studio tour.

Only negative is we could have done with a bath to ease our tired aching limbs after a busy day. However the shower was fabulous,clean and spacious.

Clean and good location

We stayed in an executive room. It was so hot and no way of lowering the air conditioning. The window was not one that could be opened. The bed was uncomfortable and we were only given towels for 2 people even though there was 3 of us. The bar/ restaurant was ok. The food was good. However the service was not. 3 members of staff 2 who didn’t know what they were doing. We asked for the tv to be changed to channel 4 and were told the channel was available however another member of staff put it straight on for us. There was one extremely competent and outstanding member of bar staff. She was 17 and was running the restaurant/ bar single handed. She is a huge asset to the hotel.
