Gorgeous property! We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade and the room was perfect! Couldn’t fault it! The location is perfect base for both heading into London and visiting Harry Potter Studios, I will absolutely be back here!

Beds comfortable and bathroom spotless, great location

Quite expensive per night considering it is our 3rd time to stay there. Also 'do not clean sign' i put on door was ignored (which really annoyed me) and staff still entered room as prior had already asked 2 cleaning staff and a Domestic Manager not to clean room as we were staying for 4 nights and not sustainable for them to keep changing towels and dont like bed linen re-arranged in middle of a stay. Also NO BOTTLES OF WATER in rooms but they did upon me asking to be fair then provided the water. Anna in Reception excellent and professional to deal with and the restaurant staff during breakfast very nice and helpful too. Food also very good. Overall a very good stay and hope to return

The room is spacious enough for a family of 3. Mattress and Pillows are firm enough to provide good night sleeps. Cleaners are very proactive - sometimes we forgot to put the housekeeping card out, they still managed to clean the room promptly, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceed our expectation, and considering the price, it was a steal.

On the last day, we ran out of toilet paper and the cleaner forgot to refill the facial tissues. We called the reception to request it, but they didn't bring any, we ended up using our own tissues. However, I believe it was just a small mistake. The stay overall was amazing.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were commuting to Wembley for the Challenge Cup Final, our car was parked for the weekend in the (discounted) public car park just a short walk away. The hotel foyer was welcoming and check in was fast and efficient. The Executive room was very clean and spacious and had some extras (coffee machine, a complimentary drink and a voucher for a discount on food & drink). Breakfast was your typical hot / cold buffet with a good selection of items, and although very busy, food was being replenished quickly. We would stay here again.

Bathroom could do to be updated - didn't like the fixed shower head but that is just my personal opinion. There was always a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast due to there only being one in operation - the other not working.

3 night stay for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Excellent location for this purpose. Free shuttle bus to Warner Bros Studios just a short walk away and very close to Watford high street for shops, restaurants and cafes. Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The fragrance that is circulated through the air system in the reception is such a pleasing welcome each time and the first thing we noticed on arrival. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly be booking again if we decide to visit again in the future.

Quick and easy check in - the receptionist was helpful, professional and quick. The discounted parking opposite the hotel is good location and excellent value for money. Like the ice cold water in the lobby for clients to enjoy freely. Price is good value, the rooms are fairly spacious and quiet and the hotel linen is crisp and white. Availability of bar and food is also a great bonus. This is the second time we've stayed here and I would definitely book again.

TV is rather blurred. No toilet brush. Shower curtain slightly too short so water spills out over the bath. No biscuits with the tea/coffee.

- Loud vehicles from outside can be heard in the room - Sometimes it was very loud from the corridor, when drunk guests went into the room in the middle of the night

Fantastic location just 10 mins walk from Watford Junction and the Warner Brother's Harry Potter Studio Tour bus. The beds were also fantastic, extremely comfortable and the room cleanliness was immaculate. Any member of staff that we spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous.

We came to breakfast buffet at 9.15ish, the food was lukewarm when serving so a little cold by the time you started eating it at the table. But this was also due to us not realising we had to obtain our own coffee from a machine so the food did sit for a little while before eating.

We stayed here for a visit to Harry Potter Studios and then for a tourist trip round London with the kids. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to Watford junction for both commuting from the airport and then the bus to Harry Potter. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, we had adjoining rooms that I organised with the hotel before travelling and they were very accommodating, the rooms themselves were perfect and worked well for my family.

I liked everything, and the whole family enjoyed their stay, the only slight thing I would mention is the bathrooms are a bit dated, but they are clean so thats all that matters!

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to the main shopping area at one side and public transport at the other. We drove from the North to Watford and parked in the recommended car park - the discounted parking is excellent. We stayed for 2 nights and used the train to travel into London on one day which run frequently and another day we visited WB Studios which is a short drive (or you can use the free bus outside the train station). The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the rooms were basic but clean. As a group of 3 it was nice to have the option of a triple room. We had breakfast included and were pleased with the selection of food and drinks and the quality.

On the whole we had a lovely stay my only negative feedback would be the the pillows were very uncomfortable and one of the bed sheets had a rip in it - so they could do with replacing.
