Fantastic location. Quiet and close to M25, M1, Watford centre, Watford Junction station and Warner Bros studios. Fresh comfortable layout of bar and dining area. Polite wait staff. Gave us an early check in at 12 since we arrived early from Australia. Thank you Deep!

The “All Day Dining” room service menun as only available after 5:30pm. First time I have experienced this in a 4 star hotel? No duty manager was on site on Sunday morning at check out time. One customer had a problem with their bill not getting resolved so the rest of us customers had to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting one of the restaurant staff came to help out but just accepted my key without checking what I owe the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to Harry potter world. Very good location - 10 /15 drive to harry potter, there are buses that run right by with the train station within walking distance. It is about a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre, its a good indoor shopping centre with good brands. We had a standard room, bed was comfy, very good powerful shower. Ive stayed in a few holiday inns in various places and this by far is the best I have stayed in. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we were ever to come back for harry potter - which i think we will be doing!

The room was clean and serviced both days. The lift came quickly when called it. Receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked and there were lots for me as a vegetarian to choose from. My favourite was the scrambled eggs perfectly cooked. The hotel location was good, easy to walk to the town centre and market there, a short drive to our Soultasia venue too.

It wasn’t clear that breakfast was not included so had to pay extra at the hotel. On Booking.com I was sure I chose “inclusive of breakfast”. Also parking too expensive, £12 a day a lot if already paying for the hotel itself. A biscuit each in the room with tea and coffee would have been nice as cannot take our tablets without food so we had to take them late, after breakfast (too embarrassed to take them into the dining area).

Breakfast was exceptional. Plant based sausage and bacon was available upon request. As well as non dairy milks so we were pleasantly surprised. The reception team and the manager were very helpful and fixed our issues immediately. The manager was kind and courteous and was happy to help in any way he could. Great location and we were able to park which was great. Ideal for easy links to London. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on at any hotel.

Two very personal comment that wouldn't effect a lot of visitors. It would be good if there was a board explaining what options were available for non meat eaters as we asked for a Vegan sausage and only much later found out that there were other options too. Which we were not told about when enquiring. The gym had no cleaning facilities and isn't the same as it looks in the photo so I was unable to train as I had planned. I needed the gym as part of my stay for work purposes but had to go to use a different facility. The communal areas such as the reception sofas and the hall carpets could do with a deep clean too. Nothing too major though and as I mentioned these are very personal preferences.

I was a little nervous as I had seen 2 recent reviews that weren't positive. However, I'm glad I didn't cancel! The hotel was very clean, the room was large and airy, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was quiet, the staff attentive and the food was delicious. Breakfast was easy and the football table was great entertainment for our son and another child also visiting. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Much better than the Hilton we stayed at 2 years ago. IH is only 12mins drive from HP studios also.

Didn't realize that it was £12 parking (due to go up to £15) for day / overnight stay. I read it as free parking, however found the notice later on on Booking.com that there is a fee. Something to be aware of. Area seems safe also.

The location for someone on holiday the location was a bit of a toss up. It's a very short walk to the Watford Junction railway and bus stations and the Harry Potter Experience bus stop, but there wasn't much else to do in the immediate area. The lobby was lovely, with a warm "sprawling shops" feel that laughs in the face of the stark corporate chic designs usually seen in franchise hotels.

My room safe batteries died in the middle of the night so it beeped loudly at me to change them. I put a pillow over it and muddled through until morning. The hotel did handle it promptly the next morning, but on the back of a long, exhausting holiday having my sleep badly interrupted sucked.

The closest hotel to Watford Junction station, extremely convenient for getting to the tube. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you can visit the Warner Bros. Studio Tour nearby. A large shopping mall is just a five-minute walk away, along with plenty of small and large grocery stores. There are also some local pubs in the area. Hotel has parking, which makes away the problem to find parking if you traveling by car.

There’s not much I didn’t like. The rooms aren’t very well soundproofed, so you can occasionally hear noise from the corridor or neighboring bathrooms.

The facilities are amazing including bar, reception and room. Loved coffee machine fridge beds and the decore was nice. Extra perks like rope slippers condiments tea milk etc. Felt comfortable.

Staff was rude. Spoke to staff on different occasion about cleaning room and parking. Wanted room cleaned and or sheets changed. Was told to make them aware at reception. Made them aware and still wasn't done had to change them myself. Parking wasn't free. £12 a day is a bit much and wasn't made aware of this before arrival. Apart from. That it would have been a 10 10 all rounder.

The location was excellent for us to travel in the car directly from the Warner Studios, then we were close to the train station to travel into central London. Made it easier when travelling with children. Parking option was convenient and location was easily accessible to the M1. Staff were very friendly and the room was tidy.

We wouldve preferred a twin bed option in the room for 3 people. As an insomniac I cannot sleep with another person and found the pull out bed not appropriate for an adult. It was very uncomfortable. Also, we booked breakfast and wouldve appreciated some vegan alternatives to the sausage and bacon.

breakfast was well served, staff were lovely, and it was great to have the Olympics on. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable, staff are able to get me a quiet room away from the lift. Only little thing Aircon was very loud, and when you use the hot water in the shower there wasn't a lot of power - but apart from all that it was good room 315.

couple of things I didn't like - not being told that I was being charged to have my evening meal brought to my table ( receptionist to take off my bill) everyone was really friendly, however on my last night of eating in the hotel my meal was wrong, it did get change very quickly which was great. on my first two nights of staying in the hotel I was served by your colleague called Grace - who is an absolute credit to your company
