I was very fortunate to find this exceptional place last year and got completely overwhelmed when I managed to book a room this year to once again experience the beautiful Willowford!!! How lucky to be back in the same cosy, spotless clean and comfortable room with the amazing view which I’ve stayed in last year. The Kingsize bed gives you an extremely peaceful and relaxed sleep. And when you sleep with your windows wide open as I do, waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the trees outside is not only an extra bonus but deepens the tranquility of this place! The cleanliness of all areas was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. This is one of the most cosiest places where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. Top marks all around and I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone. Value for money is excellent!!! The first night I arrived I was in one of the garden rooms and unfortunately it was a cold night in March. There was just a standalone convector heater in the bedroom and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. That particular night, the bathroom was warmer than the bedroom, but I thought I'd be fine once in bed. In fact I never got warm enough and didn't want to leave the heater on all night either, so I didn't have a great night's sleep. I had booked for a few days and was feeling like I'd perhaps made the wrong choice. After a message to The Willowford, the next day they upgraded me to a room in the house with no shower but a roll-top bath. A huge improvement and centrally heated so very warm. I was given a key to the main door as well as the bedroom and I was grateful for their help and consideration with the upgrade, as I slept well and was comfortable for the rest of my stay. Perhaps I'd have a completely different view of the garden rooms in warmer weather, but as it was, I was very glad to have moved rooms. After the initial mishap, the management were very helpful and checked in with me via messages to see if I had everything I needed and whether I needed any linen changes, so it ended up being a good stay.

This hotel is absolutely designed for anyone to have one of the best travel experiences while in the area of Milton Keynes! Such a lovely peaceful welcoming place close to where I was studying. The room was clean and well thought out with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The heater was more than adequate to keep me toasty warm and the bed was super comfortable. The Swan pub close by was perfect for evening meals.

Stayed at The Willowford for 2 nights. The location is so pretty and quiet, there is a pub 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were well equipped for everything you’d need, bed very comfortable and the laundry smelled divine. We didn’t have breakfast, but you can order a continental breakfast upon check in. The host Loulou is absolutely lovely and greeted us at the door. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy (weather permitting). We did not visit the tea room as we were visiting family a couple of miles away so ate out all the time. Plenty of parking at the property. Would recommend this lovely little hotel, peaceful, quiet and very comfortable.

If there was an option for 15 stars then The Willowford would deserve it. Nothing was too much trouble from the minute we arrived. It was my Mum's 97th birthday and she was treated like a princess the whole time we were there. The afternoon tea was delicious and breakfast was lovely. All served in stunningly beautiful surroundings Thank you so much for such a special stay

I loved the stay at the willowford. It was clean and quiet, exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for a little overnight stay or a romantic getaway with your partner. Woburn is a beautiful place and Milton Keynes and the safari park is not very far away so lots to do and see

The only downside I have to say is that the gate for parking is closed and it’s just hassle to open and close it but that’s because I am lazy and not because it’s a bad thing lol

Nestled in a tranquil rural area, the lovely location featured apartments with a picturesque view of a pretty garden. The room was comfortable and inviting, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. What made the experience even more special was the owner's warm and friendly nature, always ready to accommodate guests' needs and provide helpful recommendations. A serene setting, where the beauty of the countryside and the owner's hospitality made for an unforgettable stay.

The style and cleanliness of the room. We loved that the tv was hidden behind a picture. The friendly phone manner of LouLou plus communication before was excellent. The quietness of the village and house. Easy to find and plenty of car parking spaces .

Would have preferred a shower rather than just a bath. Would have liked to be asked about breakfast when checking in. I completely missed that it wasn't included so had I of been asked about it beforehand, I would have gladly accepted and paid.

Lovely boutique vibe and in an ideal location. It was peaceful on the evening and the garden view was lovely. Would happily stay again.

The heat during the night was overwhelming and with only a small window it was difficult to cool the room down.
