The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortably firm. The pressure of the water was very strong. It felt like I was having a water massage. Our room was upgraded from standard room to executive suite! Massive appreciation for this 👏 Coffee machine and tea facilities were great!

The shower curtain wasn't positioned right & water was splashing over the floor because of the strong shower pressure. It will save time for the staff when they clean the room if the shower curtain is positioned correctly, avoiding water splashing to the bathroom floor. We were on the 8th floor, but we could hear noises outside the hotel from midnight till 2.30 am. Possibly by drunk people from the nearby pub/club. We could also hear cars revving and thought our window was open, but it was not. Because of all the noises, we didn't have a good sleep.

Location was great i terms of travelling by train. Bed was super comfy, room had a nice feel to it and was clean.

Staff were polite although a little contradictory in information. One day i could book a taxi from the phone in my room to the next day being told i had to come downstairs for that. Also upon arrival i was told room service was available after 9.30 and to call from my room but at a reduced menu and I was then told to put an order in at the restaurant before i went upstairs. There was also some 'wax like' residue on one of the coat hangers in the bedroom (i was in room 702).

Not sure why certain reviews were complaining. Hotel was immaculate clean, staff were extremely friendly. My room was spotless and perfect, maybe because I had booked an executive room I pretty much had everything and more.. complimentary 1pm check in and 2pm checkout , drinks and chocolate in fridge and tea coffee and biscuits. Lovely toiletries and spacious room. So I have nothing to complain about. Even bar staff and breakfast staff and security were so lovely . Breakfast was a lovely choice of everything. Fried eggs scrambled poached or boiled. Leonardo breakfast always have great choices, lobby area was a lovely area to just chill. Would highly recommend this hotel along with all the leonardo's I have stayed at. Pleasure to stay with them.

Nothing not to like tbh.

The rooms were both very spacious and the view from the top floor was great. The bathroom was also good-sized. The lounge/bar area was lovely, with big comfy sofas and armchairs. The breakfast had a great selection of items and the staff there had been very nice and friendly.

The receptionist upon arrival was a bit curt with us as I couldn't remember if I booked under my name or my partner's name. After this awkward moment, she warmed up to us and the check-in went smoothly, but it still didn't make a great first impression. We booked two rooms with a sofa, but when we arrived one had a sofa and the other had a single bed. The AC in the bedroom kept turning and the fan at max speed are really loud. I sorted this by setting the higher temperature and putting the fan at a minimum before switching it off again.

Nice hotel, very central (we stayed for Ski Centre), easy parking, staff nice overall although bar man was a bit 'short' with us, rooms are nice and clean, beds comfortable (firm mattress), good service tray, nice bathroom and toiletries (bath very shallow), plenty of towels, lots of storage and hanging space. Receptionist very helpful and friendly, gave us complimentary drink vouchers as it was my partners birthday. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again on our next skie centre trip!

One of our rooms smelled very slightly of smoke, but it dispersed once we had started using it, so did not bother to complain. Nothing else to not like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived late in the evening and was impressed that when I rang to tell reception they recognised my voice as a regular visitor and reassured me that I would be able to check in. The breakfast was excellent, as you could help yourself from the buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I support the sustainability policy but I did find the bedroom a little chilly when I arrived. As I am not very tall I found the coat hangers rather difficult to reach. I miss having a folder of information about the hotel facilities and local area in the bedroom, as the information almost all has to be accessed on the TV now.

I was so surprised at the quality of this hotel for the money I paid! The room was a great size, the bed was unbelievably big and comfortable and the ensuite, though basic, was just what was needed. The black out curtains and sound proofing meant I got a fantastic night's sleep. I love the entrance (especially the big Christmas tree), location was great for the station, and the little shop downstairs was perfect for late night snacks.

The only downside was that two male housekeepers walked into my room while I was in the bathroom. They knocked but I didn't respond in time and they walked in just as I stepped out in a towel and said "excuse me!". They had forgotten the water and biscuits which was fine but I'd rather they had not worried as I was already in the room!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and as much as we could eat. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed and the beds particularly comfortable. The location is very central, within walking distance of MK Central railway station. When I arrived my room was kindly upgraded to an Executive Room. I enjoyed the complementary biscuits and the fridge was useful (but see below)

As my room was upgraded to an Executive Room (see above) there were no soap or hair shampoo (which are normally provided in a Standard Room). When I checked out the receptionist said that I could have requested them. There were not as many coat hangers as in a Standard Room.

We went there for a one day festival so only needed the one night. And it was about a 10 minute walk from some well known restaurants (slug and lettuce, weatherspoons ect). The staff was so friendly, we got there 3 hours before booking in and there had a secure storage room to keep our belongings safe for us while we made our way to the festival. When we got back there was a long line of people from the same event needed to book in, normally that would drive me up the wall (being so tired) but the other people wad staying was talkative and the hotel it self had plenty of good and drink to buy for our stay too. When we eventually got seen to the man who checked us in was super friendly even though he had finished his shift 2 hours before! The room itself was clean and comfortable. Pretty sure I only booked a standard bedroom, with one double bed; but we had a double and single which was actually super helpful.

The only thing I'm not a fan of was the pricing for food and drink, including the restaurant. My friend and I was going to have breakfast there the following morning but we decided to go to weatherspoons instead. And the hotel was a 40 minute walk from Milton Keynes Bowl where our event took place. A 40 minute walk is do-able. But at 10-11 at night after a tiring long day really dragged out.

Excellent hotel, providing a caring and exceptional service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I spent a few nights at the hotel recently and the kidness and care the staff showed me was more than anyone could of asked for. I am a pregnant mum, with two young children and I felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel .. all the staff went the extra mile for us. One evening my son fell and hit his head, in the corridor. I was in a panic .. a big thank you to the Manager, Claire and the amazing staff who all helped comfort me, my children and offered so much kindness. I was always be grateful to the wonderful team and I can never thank the hotel enough for everything.
