We got amazing spacious apartment. Apartment was clean and smelling good when we arrived. Kitchen got all needed appliances, rooms were cozy and comfortable. Very comfy soft beds and beautiful decor. It took us a little time to understand how the tv works but we managed to turn it on with the instructions given. Staff was very helpful ❤️ Overall very satisfied with our stay and will come back happily with our next holiday 😊

Neighbours downstairs were smoking cigarettes on the balcony and the smell was coming inside apartment when balcony door was open so we needed to keep it closed most of the time. But beside that it was perfect 😊

Great location, clean, spacious, everything you could need for a few days. Good communication ahead of stay, Safe car park.

The key collection would put me off staying again when travelling alone, as opposed to a hotel where I can just check in straight away. The instructions to the key lock are clear but it still took me a while to park and find the key safe before getting back to the car to drive to the underground carpark and then get to the apartment. I've tried to consider how it might be done better but I'm not sure it can as you need a fob for the car park and the flat. I do believe they've made it as easy as they can but it's still not ideal. If there's two of you staying it wouldn't be a problem at all.

I liked the space I like how much room you had and how big the flat was and also the beds were very comfortable quite low down but quite comfortable the kitchen and the living room space was lovely quite big especially with that oven and a hobs and washer and the microwave very convenient and a fridge which is great toaster and kettle and also the balcony was great as well you could get some great views of Milton Keynes out there and great fresh air and plus only Sainsbury's a couple of minutes around the corner also the shower is lovely as well nice big shower and bath that was a big nice touch and the free parking was great

It kept getting quite hot in there wasn't sure how to work the thermostat and that's about it really

Clear instructions for key collection and apartment location - follow them exactly. Clean apartment that was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony and relaxing in the large lounge. Both bedrooms were a good size and one with an en suite bathroom. Sainsburys was directly downstairs. I noticed other reviews mentioned noise; we didn't experience that. Bonus is the free parking space in the private car park.

You have to come down the flat and walk down the street to the car park to throw the bins at the end of your stay - which, to be fair, a lot of places in the UK are doing now - I think due to an issue with cleaners? but I still think this is inconvenient and an awkward end to the stay. Otherwise, everything else was good.

It was clean and well equipped. Great location and easy to access/check in. Underground parking a bonus.

The toilet flush needs looking at as well as a few other bits in the kitchen that need fixing but nothing to make the stay worse. It was very hot despite the radiators not being in but that’s the nature of flats. The sky remote needs fixing/replacing. Again, just a note not an inconvenience.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The apartment was great, nicely decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and was conveniently located right next to a big sainsburys that came in handy. not to mention free parking which was an added bonus.

The Wifi was super slow at times, making it hard to watch movies or even load a tiktok video. Before we arrived they did say the wifi wasn’t working and installed a dongle until the company came to fix it, unfortunately the dongle worked much faster than the actual internet. so probably worth keeping the dongle in the apartment so people can choose for next time.

Great location, close to sainsbury and city center. The kitchen has everything we needed. It's cozy. Parking space is great and it's good to have a concierge.

Right next to a big sainsburys, free secure parking, spacious apartment, across the road from restaurants. Our host was lovely and easy to contact by text.

Everything about the Apartment was great. It is well situated. closer to the city center. We had a good bed and everything we needed to make life easy

Unfortunately, there was no staff available to help with the extension of days we needed.
