The Location of the hotel is fantastic. Me and My Partner went to watch the BRDC International Trophy. The roof top bar was fantastic and the view of our hotel room balcony was amazing. Was an amazing view to wake up to the following morning. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room was designed beautifully and practically. The mattress was gorgeous to sleep on. Breakfast was good, the buffet was kept stocked up and loads of choice. After check in, the reception staff message your mobile to ensure there are no compaints with your room which was a very sweet personal touch. Fully recommend and will be back. Thank you.

The only issue we found was the shower drain could do with a little clear out as the water was starting to overflow into the room, could have gotten incredibly messy. Minis that, it was still a lovely shower.

Impressive hotel with friendly staff, lovely rooms with comfy and generous sized beds (larger than standard single for twin room), large TV (55 inch?), toilet separate to wet room, very nice restaurant (excellent for allergy sufferers/special dietary requirements as they ask at each stage about allergies and there is an open kitchen, so you can see the food being prepared), gym, ample parking. The location is exceptional as the hotel overlooks the Silverstone circuit, with bridge access to The Wing.

Unusual bathroom arrangement for a twin room. Fine if you don't mind seeing each other but otherwise you have to work out a privacy system, as the wet room is too small to hang a towel and when you come out you step into the room. We did work this out and it wouldn't put me off a return stay.

The hotel is very smart and modern. The restaurant was nice and it was fab to be able to watch cars going round the track. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We weren't keen on the room layout, there isnt a separate bathroom as such, the shower and toilet are in separate cubicles and the sink area is part of the main room. Not ideal for privacy when travelling with older children, we had to get changed in the toilet or shower cubicle. We also didn't get any information from the reception staff regarding what time breakfast is etc, which we are normally provided with upon checking in at other hotels.

Room was so comfortable, the bed was the best I've slept in, in any hotel. TV in the room was huge and included the sky sports channels, balcony was fab and overlooked the pits. There was test cars going around the track the whole afternoon we arrived so it was amazing to sit on the balcony and watch them. Starbucks in the lobby made a lovely touch, food in the restaurant was delicious! Hotel was amazingly clean, air con was really quiet, roof top bar wasn't open for drinks but you could sit up there and take in the views. Staff on reception were really friendly, smiley and helpful. There was a door from the hotel directly into the megastore and the F1 museum was two seconds up the car park.

I'm just nit picking, but the sides of the balcony separating ours from the next doors were made of glass, this made the balcony not very private.

the important thing about location was the proximity to the race track , which cannot be beaten. the surroundings within the Silverstone track complex are not the prettiest but as expected for the location. the bar and restaurant are directly overlooking the track which is fantastic. unfortunately it was raining when we looked at the rooftop bar but I imagine this would be awesome on a race day. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. the bathroom facilities were unconventional but good quality. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The food was good and arrived quickly.

After booking a classic sports car club race weekend ticket, I went on to book a three night stay as a surprise for my husband's birthday and he and I, were completely blown away as everything was spot on! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we were thrilled to be able to use the connecting bridge to access the track even using my mobility scooter. We were fortunate as Silverstone control access to their building via the bridge but for this event it was luckily available. The staff even stored my mobility scooter overnight for me behind reception so we didn't have to keep putting it back into the car. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly want and left us so full that we actually didn't need much at all to last us through to dinner which was also taken each evening in the restaurant. The dinner menu was varied and reasonably priced, as were drinks. We booked a trackside room with balcony which was awesome to be able to watch from although the resturant/bar area also has a large outside area overlooking the international pits and Hamilton Straight so it is still possible to view the action even if you don't have a trackside room. Our room was very pleasant; modern with comfortable bed and pillows. There was a huge tv, fridge, hairdryer, safe, iron, desk, kettle, coffee, tea etc and plenty of plug sockets and usb charging ports. The blackout curtains were very effective and the double glazed sliding door onto the balcony was effective at stopping noise from the track if you wanted to block it out. Can highly recommend a stay if you are attending a Silverstone event, track day or visiting the museum.

There was nothing we didn't like, it was all good!

As soon as we arrived all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I booked an accessible room because it was the one I saw on booking.com but I was offered to move to a regular room as I didn't need it and I was also offered a cheap upgrade for a better view or balcony due to availability. We upgraded to a beautiful view of the track and saw cars driving past all the time. The room was so beautiful and the facilities were amazing. It was so cheap compared to other hotels and the views and facilities such as the rooftop bar and terrace were unmatched.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a track facing room with a balcony and the view of the track was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower was easy to use and loved the smell of all the handwashes and shampoos. Plenty towels also. Only had one tiny issue with the batteries in the remote for the TV but staff were absolutely brilliant and sorted this for us very quickly, no issues at all. Plenty space on the desk for putting snacks and stuff on and making tea, plenty of supplies like teabags and sugar and coffee, etc. Overall would highly recommend this hotel and the room we stayed in and the staff we interacted with on this visit.

There was nothing about our visit on this trip that we did not like.

ALL The staff were outstanding! Very helpful polite and pleasant too. Location was as awesome. Room was fantastic. Beds were epic. The whole experience was top notch!

If I had to be picky - The restaurant emergency double crash doors from the bar to the outdoor terrace were slightly annoying when trying to enjoy our evening meal with folks and kids constantly going in and out, mainly the draft and the noise of the doors crashing closed when trying to enjoy our evening meal was somewhat distracting and made the mealtime a disappointment. Maybe you could direct those that want to enter the terrace while evening meal is served is via the single door nearer the front of the bar area ?? !! Rather than the double crash doors next to the restaurant.

We stayed so that we could visit Silverstone Museum the next day as part of my dad's 80th birthday celebrations. We were not expecting racing on the track but BMW happened to be carrying out new car driver training on both days so it was great that we could sit and watch from the comfort of our trackside window. The top veranda bar was closed due to season but a lovely open air view of the track. We ate in the evening with beautifully cooked food. Staff were all lovely and the hotel was perfect. Beautiful breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order how you liked them.
