1. The property is in an excellent location and maintained clean. There is a natural stream adjoining the property 2. The rooms are super spacious and have all the facilities. The private pool is a big draw 3. Front desk staffs Salma, Vidya, Ayesha (I have missed another staff's name) and the restaurant Managers Sridhar, Akash and all other staffs... Guys are rockstars. They have treated us like a guest to their family. Super helpful and they are excellent 4. Good indoor play area, Common pool and play area

Excellent place to stay !!!! pristine clean villas, private pool, river flow, coffee estate of their own etc etc this is such a beautiful place. Service in one word WOOOOW !!!!. Entire team ensure​d to provide the best service to their customers . Everyone was so great, however Vidya ( Senior Receptionist) and Varun (room service) amazing amazing service, you could not ask for a better service. Bravo to their owner for building this beautiful place and providing such an experience to their customers.

The resort has a clean, hygienic,suit rooms with a nice private pool. Excellent work by staffs. Good restaurant. The resort has natural , silent and peacefull environment with great mountain views.

The outdoor and indoor activities not well maintained. The led lamps in bathroom and the swimming pools light at night are not adequate. Can also add a locker in the room .

Loved the professionalism showed by the staff and the generous hospitality. Also, loved the food, it was delicious.

Food can be improved, choices were very limited. Specially dinner and lunch definitely have a lot of scope for improvement. Since the location is very remote, you have to depend on resort food.

The food was good. Staff was helpful and very responsive. The swimming pools are maintained really well.

The parking lot could have been shaded - some more trees or some sort of sheet roofing would help.
