We had a lovely stay at happy house. Very big spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The owner was so helpful and planned a trip up to sapa on the bike for us and let us store our bags. Would highly recommend

I stayed here 3 nights at the same owner’s property about 200 meters away. I believe they are called Happy Homes Moc Chau. The first 2 nights in the upstairs room were lovely. The room is modern with a comfortable bed, great air con unit, and nice layout. There is construction happening, but it was not an issue. A swimming pool is being built and additional units. The 3rd night, I was asked to move to a ground floor, and the room was smaller with a weird layout. The bathroom was accessed by ducking under a sloped stair, and the bed in this room was very hard. The owner is very nice and friendly.

This homestay will surprise you in a beautiful way. It’s reasonably priced, super clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all a place with happy vibes :) The owner and staff are really friendly. We highly HIGHLY recommend this place!

The place must be good, as i returned and stayed again. Apart from the hard beds (7 out of 10 on the hard mattress scale), the "Happy House" was surprisingly excellent and very pet friendly. 5 stars had it not been for the bed - but, again, the friendly and helpful owners provided a spare, thick doona, which, when folded in half, gave enough comfort for me to sleep ok throughout the night. The place is quite centrally located on one of the main roads, but down a driveway (which is gated and locked at night for security) and tucked away behind another building. This doesn't allow any of the street noised to create a disturbance (unless the restaurant across the road pumps out loud music in the morning). Situated near several local food restaurants and convenience stores, too. My room was the same as my first stay and again was very clean, a decent size (for a short stay), and had a private bathroom (also very clean) but no windows. The room boasted a flatscreen TV (Netflix app is available), a small refrigerator, an A/C, a small pedestal fan, and some furniture (bedside table with lamp, a wooden clothes rack, and a small chair). It also had a kettle and a hair-dryer, and the WiFi worked great and had a constant, strong connection. The bathroom was an OK, functional size with good hot water, but it only lasted long enough for a quick shower.

Just the beds are a little hard, and a second doona is needed for added cushioning (folded in half and used as a mattress topper).

We stayed at Happy House Moc Chau for a total of 8 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with daily cleaning and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The owner invited us for morning coffee, and his wife made delicious avocado smoothies that we loved. Renting motorbikes was a breeze, and the owner even took us on a tour, sharing great advice on the best spots to visit. They went above and beyond by cooking lunch for us, ensuring we had a wonderful time exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Moc Chau!

The staff/owner is very helpful to us. She made very good suggestions. The room has an amazing view with very clean facilities.

We booked the taxi service through the hotel and were told the night before that for 6 hours taxi service, it would be 1mil VND, however, when we went to pay, he asked for 1.4mil VND. So, make sure with the taxi service that you lock in and confirm the price beforehand as you may find unexpected charges. Everything else is all good.

Rooms are very nice and spacious, I would say quite new. Few restaurants and shops around. Owner speaks good english and is helpfull.

Only con is that during our 2 nights stay they were both nights people comming to accomodate very early in the morning and they were loud. But I don’t know if this is happening every day.

Quiet area away from traffic noise. Clean and comfy bed. Consistent hot water with good shower pressure. Great location in town, within walking distance from a few restaurants and a mini mart right at the entrance to the homestay. Host is friendly too.

One pillow had a weird stain but otherwise all's good.

Great accomodation, it has everything what you need and it is clean. You can find motorbike rental next house so it is ideal location for travelers who want explore this amazing region. The owner is very kind and if you need he can help you or book a bus to Hanoi for you. Thank you.

The staff was amazing and they went beyond with their service, friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfy, the location is in the center of Moc Chau and you can easily rent a motorbike for 150k. I highly recommend this place.
