A Must-Read Until the End! We came to stay in the glamping tents, and the place is simply magical. Everything was perfect, and it’s clear that every small detail was thoughtfully planned. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with all the beautiful lights. The bathrooms and showers are nearby and very comfortable. On our second night, one of us suffered from food poisoning. We contacted the staff at 3 AM, and from that moment, the hotel team never left our side. They immediately took us to a hospital just 300 meters away and stayed with us — three staff members — until they understood the situation. Especially Nhy, who stayed with us until 8 AM to help us communicate with the doctors. She also made sure we had food and medicine, paid for the treatment, upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom for better comfort, and ensured we had water and food available. All the hotel staff, without exception, checked on us the next day, and we truly felt cared for and supported. This is one of the places with the highest level of service we have ever encountered. We highly recommend staying here! Beyond the amazing service, the facilities are excellent, and we believe you will truly enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Nhy, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt well again.

Brilliant location, great place to stay. Staff are so helpful and kind. Nothing too much trouble. We were even invited to their end of year party, which we thoroughly enjoyed Room was very clean and bed super comfy. Facilities include steam room, sauna etc, kayaking, and a tour of their cave. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would most definitely come again.

No complaints. The only comment I would make is perhaps there could be a wider selection of food options for vegetarians and vegans. Vegetarian options are on the menu, but protein base was either tofu or egg. Maybe to widen the choice a nut based or chickpea dish could be added. This isn't a complaint, merely a suggestion.

Great hotel close to beautiful to Mai Chau Valley. Great rooms and restaurant on-site. The service level is very high. Especially the hotel manager Ms. Nhi is fantastic. She and her team will do anything to make your stay the best it can be.

Very nice spot at the beginning of the main street in Mai Chau. Located at a small lake in the middle of rice fields and close to nearby villages such as Lac Village, Mai Chau Lodge is a great place to stay at in one of the most beautiful places on earth

The room is well organized and decorated, a nice letter is waiting for you as soon as you arrive. Beautiful swimming pool and restaurant.

Restaurant prices are high

Great location. Excellent food and reasonable prices. The breakfast, both buffet (wknd) and a la carte was really good. Nice large room, with wooden floors and nice decorative touches, and fresh fruit in the room. Big balcony. Small but clean pool with pool floaties. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly, and accommodated our requests for activities. The communication was excellent and shuttle transport from and to Hanoi arranged easily. The staff made a great effort to make our stay, and in particular my wife's birthday, special and the birthday gifts were very generous and unexpected.

Spa facilities not operational or clean. Lake under construction (view and noise) although we were informed this should be finished in July 2022. The bicycles, which are provided free, are a nice touch but need some maintenance (especially the gears)

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to the master suit overlooking the pool. An absolutely huge beautiful luxurious room with a large balcony - thankyou! We also had the most delicious dinner there, not expensive at all. Service was 100%

The picture showed a spa. It was cold, and we thought that the spa was heated. Disappointed to see it was cold. Our room was AMAZING, but our friends room overlooked the road and was noisy.

Nice and central. Breakfast was good, and dinner in the dining room was great.
